Excellent product and service all round

I ordered the product online and chose to collect from their depot as they were only in the next town a few miles away. Excellent service and communication from start to finish and happy to support a local business. Will be back next for the next size up for our little one!

Quick and reliable

The Chelston website was easy to navigate and the range of items was very good. Prices were also good. They had what we needed in stock and it was sent out quickly and accurately. The email tracking of delivery was very good too.

Great Pr0ducts Great Service

As a relative newcomer to cycling I needed the right gear but didn't want to pay brand prices for quality clothing I found Chelston Direct by chance and have bought several items which have all been great quality and delivered quickly. highly recommended

Reliable quick service

I wanted a particular product and found it on a Google search at Chelston Direct. I'd never heard of them before and the gilet I wanted was advertised at about 60% off so I had a moment of doubt that it wouldn't arrive or be dodgy. However, they were great, confirmation came through immediately, product arrived quickly and as described, brand new.
