I have sensory issues and I've never found a pair of underwear that makes me feel so comfortable and at ease. I also love the super fun patterns and colors. They treat their customers with respect, make quick responses and excellent products.

I would say about 90% of the underwear that I received in my package. I loved the pattern but like that I have the ability to create a wish list at least send me the ones that I picked out however, if I forget to add to my wish list then I get random ones that are sometimes ugly other than that I would like to see some holiday themed underwear so for the month of December, I would like to get Christmas underwear for the month of April Easter, October, Halloween underwear, etc. Quality is amazing long lasting stretchy, comfortable breathing fabric.

The products are confortable and fits true to size. Shipping is fast!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! You don’t get what you paid for! Rachel in Customer Service Wants me to pay additional for panties I already paid for!

I signed up for the VIP package where they send you 3 pairs of undies every month for $24.99
They are supposed to send you ones from a list you choose but quite often they sent ones that were way off base and nothing at all what I would wear.
At first the undies felt nice but after washing a couple of times, they werent quite right.
Even though the bras are cute they offer no support at all. One of them that I ordered, the first day I wore it, the top of it kept on slipping down under my beasts which Ive never had happen with a bra in my life.
Id recommend using them for their sign on deal so you can get a bunch of "free" stuff and then immediately canceling your subscription.

I love how comfortable and cute the underwear are. But they don’t last more than two months of use. And I’ve ordered a few times, and shipping takes over a month.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with CheekBoss and their customer service, and I strongly caution others before purchasing.

I placed what I believed was a one-time order. At no point was it clearly communicated that I was enrolling in a recurring subscription. The website itself was glitching during my purchase, which added to the confusion.

As soon as I realized there may be a subscription attached, I immediately requested cancellation—before the order even shipped. I also explained that I could not access the email account associated with the order, so I was unable to log in and cancel it myself.

Despite this, customer service refused to assist me. Instead, they repeatedly sent generic instructions telling me to log in—completely ignoring the fact that I had already explained that I couldn’t.

Let me be clear: I have the right to request cancellation, especially before an order ships and before a billing cycle renews. They had every opportunity to cancel this on their end and chose not to.

They then allowed the charge to go through and denied my refund, insisting I return the item—something I had already tried to avoid by canceling in advance. To make matters worse, they didn’t even offer a prepaid return label, forcing me to pay out of pocket for a situation they could have prevented entirely.

This experience shows:

* A broken and confusing checkout/subscription process
* A website that does not function properly
* Customer service that refuses to assist with basic account issues
* A cancellation process that feels intentionally difficult

Their responses were scripted, dismissive, and lacked any real effort to resolve the issue.

Very poor customer service. Good customer service means helping the customer with what they need. Instead, I was disregarded—there was no empathy, no assistance, and no ownership of the problem. I would never shop here again.

Absolutley adore this brand! They are probably the MOST comfortable undies I have ever owned!!! They’re smooth, soft and fit amazing!!! Proud to say I’m a returning customer from 2024!!

I have finally found undies that I feel comfortable during the day and to sleep in. I wear the bras all the time too! Both make me feel so good a pretty, even if I’m the only one that sees it, always makes me smile! A total plus with all the fun prints/styles!! Thanks!

these are soooo user friendly! so many different patterns to choose from and if you want just plain colors there’s that too ! they fit so comfortably and don’t roll or anything. they are in fact seemless and sooo comfortable girl .definitely stayed subscribed

I've placed a few orders have have 10 or so pairs of panties now, and I would say they're fine. They've clearly got issues in their QA department. I can get the same style/size and 3 will fit perfect and 1 will be snug. I also had 1 pair where the gusset started to fall out after just 2 washes (and air-dried both times). If you get a decent deal, I say try it out, but keep in mind that it can be hit-or-miss.

My experience with this company was great. This is the most comfortable underwear that i've ever owned and I will definitely be ordering against soon. They have Great prices In good customer service.

The same day I was charged for the subscription I canceled it, I did forget to beforehand but nonetheless the same day. It was canceled but apparently too late to stop a shipment that was supposedly on its way but could return said shipment. I never got any shipment and I emailed customer service several times about this matter and got nowhere. I disputed the charge via my bank because obviously that's my last option and still they charged me AGAIN.

I absolutely love their products and so grateful to own them! I've been wearing their underwear for a little over a year.

They are so comfortable and I feel beautiful wearing them. They have been a wonderful part of my journey in life; they really have improved how I take care of myself physically and not just in what I choose to wear.

Growing up I struggled to take care of myself. I didn't feel like I was worth taking care of.

I don't feel trap wearing them like I do with other underwear. They feel very reassuring; they make me feel capable of taking care of myself. I feel braver. I drink more water, and move more often, and my confidence in how I look has improved! I know it's silly, but it's true. Even though I still struggle with many things their products have really help improve my life!

So glad to have found a company that makes comfy undies for curvier women! Recommend 10/10!! Definitely will be a return customer!

They are so adorable and look great on as well. Very comfortable, like being totally nude and I love that.

I had to throw most of mine away because the cotton gusset came out. I never put them in the dryer, just air dried, and they rode up. I wouldnt recommend buying them, save your money

I keep trying to give this company a chance but it’s been disappointment after disappointment. Main one being they promise to give you the option of curating your monthly choices and then send you completely different designs. Usually ugly ones.

I can’t say anything for the customer service since I haven’t called them but I ordered the underwear and some matching bras. The bras are soft and comfortable but they look cheaply made and held together by a glue on the sides. I’ll eat my money on this order but I won’t be buying again.

My experience shopping online was incredible. The layout of the website is easy and cute. The shipping was fast, the quality of the underwear was absolutely incredible. I have been invested in my undergarments for years and can’t seem to find affordable, quality pieces that last long and most importantly, fit well. CheekBoss does all of that and more. I’ve never wanted to model for a brand so bad before!!
