I paid 5 pounds as you were asking me , and you debited 50 pounds from my account without authorisation.And you think you are serious solicitor.
Stop doing that to desperate people.

this company is not what you think. they take £5 from your account then every month they keep taking £50 from your account without your knowledge. always check your bank statement. scammers are everywhere online.

They trick you into a subscription with recurring charges. Furthermore, it is almost impossible to find their login page to cancel your subscription.

They operate as other feedback here indicates- they hook you with a £5 initial fee and behind the scenes they set up a monthly £50 subscription fee for a so called membership that they don’t provide you details for, or communicate to you on.
On reaching out to them to challenge this recently via their portal- they simply closed the chat promptly and dissolved my ‘membership’
They need investigating and closing down as they are just a bunch of scammers.

I'm pleased I read the reviews about this lot before paying my £5 and giving them my bank details.

I doubt they are lawyers at all ~ prove me wrong, CWS. Are you registered with the Law Society? L.L.B ? I doubt it.

BE CAREFUL --- I was asked to pay £5 to ask a solicitor an HR question...the advice was very basic and I could have got it anywhere - unfortunately I used a bank account that I don't usually use but their complex subscription rule meant it wasn't £5 only it was a monthly subscription£ 50.00 for 9 months that I did not notice and despite never using the service after the initial time I was not allowed any refund... I believe their terms were not clear and they follow the trend of signing you up just to collect money like most of the platforms these days...costing me £600

The legal advice I got was prompt and very useful. However, I believe they mislead you on costs. They sign you up to a monthly subscription, which I do not believe was clear at the time of providing credit card details.

You have illegally collected £50 twice from my bank! You are SCAMMERS! if not, you ought to make it VERY CLEAR what service you are getting unsuspecting new one-off customers to sign up to.
I have reported this fraud to my bank.

If l could l wouldn't give them even 1 star. Bunch of crooks. Sign you up to monthly payments without your knowledge l lost £150 before l realised.

This is a terrible service designed to extract money from people. I cancelled my account but because I don't use their services they still took £50 for nothing. The service is called Chatwithsolicitor and today they asked for £1 for nothing they did.

Gave me wrong advise, without me knowing signed me up for continued service tried to take £50 from my account. Very difficult to cancel subscription, thank god for my bank who blocked it and contacted to inform me. So very confusing, outright charlatans 0/10.

They are gangsters and they set up non allowed direct debits for people who have initially paid £5 to ask a question. Once they have your bank account number they just help themselves. Avoid.

this company offered "advice" for £5 and then charged £50. Then three months later started to take £50 per month from my account - an arrangement not made by me.

These people are thieves avoid at all cost, they keep taking £50 a month. My wife only visit the web site and never even spoke to them
It’s a scam.
My wife has never had an email from these people, the bank advised her it probably went in the spam folder as few people check the spam box.

I paid 5 and then got 45 deducted every month with no way to cancel as I was never sent any account details.

Minus one star. Scammed me for £50 even though I had not signed up for membership. Their number is 08081680054. Good luck.

After paying £5 for initial chat they then wanted £44 for phone call but fortunately my bank stopped this payment until I contacted them to clarify but the alleged solicitor went without saying a word and would not return or even acknowledge my existence but the following week they tried to take unauthorised £50 payment for unknown reason, stay well clear of this site.

I just asked a question for which I had to pay £5. Ever since they have been taking £50 a month from my account for no transaction. I tried to cancel today but I was transferred to a solicitor to do so but they wanted another £5 - disgraceful!

If I could give it a zero, I would. I tried to cancel this service immediately, but I couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone. I tried to chat to cancel but kept being redirected to a solicitor. After charging me for 3 months, they finally answered and then had the audacity to tell me I never cancelled my membership and they couldn’t do anything else and the guy hung up the phone in my face.
