Hi Charley, thanks for your feedback, and I’m really sorry to hear you felt the delivery was slow.
I’ve had a look into your order, and it was placed on Saturday, 3rd May. As our courier doesn’t collect on weekends or bank holidays—and Monday the 5th was a UK holiday—the parcel was collected on Tuesday the 6th and delivered on the 8th. Since the standard 2–3 business day option was selected (rather than the next-business-day upgrade), the delivery still arrived within the timeframe chosen at checkout.
It may have felt like a longer wait due to the weekend and holiday, which is completely understandable. But please know we’re always happy to help if you need something more urgently—just choose the express option at checkout.
We truly appreciate your support and are really glad to hear you’re happy with the product itself.
Kind Regards,
Lai

Hi Syrina,
Thank you for your feedback, and I’m really sorry to hear you haven’t noticed any benefits yet.
NMN affects everyone differently depending on metabolism. While some notice changes after 3–4 weeks, research suggests the most noticeable benefits often appear between 8–12 weeks of consistent use. If you decide to give it another try, we recommend taking it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach with water, as it’s water-soluble. Some customers also find Berocca, TMG, or B vitamins helpful, especially if there's any niacin sensitivity, as they support the NAD+ pathway and may enhance how you feel the effects. We’re here if you’d like any further support.
Kind Regards,
Lai

Powder doesn’t dissolve properly
Product arrived quickly. I only ordered a small pouch of the sublingual NMN to see if product suited me. I hadn’t ordered from the company before either. The pouch comes with its own handy little scoop and I decided to start with one scoop in the morning. I have been taking another brand of NMN capsules for a few weeks but although seeing some mild improvements thought sublingual powder might help absorption. The main reason I have given this product 3 stars is because it doesn’t dissolve under the tongue. So the first couple of mornings I put it straight under my tongue - whilst the scoop is small it actually holds quite a bit of the powder and getting it under the tongue is tricky. Then the powder doesn’t dissolve it seems to clump together in a ball once it gets mixed with saliva and it tastes horrible (despite their website saying it shouldn’t). So I’ve ended up swallowing most of the congealed lump which defeats the purpose of sublingual medication. I did this for a couple of days, then tried sprinkling it in a little at a time which is better but a total faff, then I ended up dissolving it with a little water and sloshing it round my mouth before swallowing but to be honest the taste has put me off so I haven’t taken it again. Glad I only ordered the small pouch. I can’t rate the effects as haven’t taken it for long enough.

Hi Frances,
Thanks so much for your honest feedback—and I’m really sorry the powder wasn’t quite what you expected.
Just to share, our NMN powder isn’t actually designed for sublingual use. While that’s a common assumption, research shows NMN is well absorbed through the gut—especially on an empty stomach. Most of our customers find better results by simply taking it with water or mixing it into a morning drink rather than under the tongue.
I’ve also sent you an email in case it’s easier to chat there.
Please feel free to reach out anytime—I’m happy to help however I can.
Kind Regards,
Lai

i was promised a gift didnt get one

Vastaus yritykseltä Charava
Hi Brian,
I’m really sorry the gift wasn’t included with your order.
Just to explain—our free gifts need to be manually added to the cart before checkout. You’ll normally see the option to add it right before completing your purchase. Upon checking your order, it looks like the gift wasn’t added at that final step, which is why it didn’t show in your confirmation or shipment.
We made the gift optional, as not all of our customers want to receive supplements they don’t personally take. This way, you can choose the one that suits you best.
That said, I’ve gone ahead and shipped the gift out for you now—no worries at all. You should receive it soon!
Please let me know if there’s anything else I can help with.
Warm regards,
Lai
