The Chandelier & Mirror Company Ltd Arvostelua

Service was good with timely delivery. The only reservation I had was the shade of gold paint used for the frame of the mirror. It was a reddish/orange and would have looked a great deal nicer had it been a paler shade of gold.

I have already recommended this company to a friend. The website was easy to use, full details of products given. My mirror arrived well protected and on the specified date, which the company sales person confirmed with a phone call. I was very impressed with the service.

Great customer service and quick delivery and a beautiful mirror.

Absolute perfection in service & product! This was my fourth purchase & I couldn't be happier...great team & I love my mirrors & chandelier!

Bought a mirror and it's lovely, solid and looks more expensive than it was. Good service - they called to tell us a delivery date. Although it arrived the day after that, it was ok as I'd asked to leave it somewhere safe.

good price and fast delivery

Absolutely Brilliant, it was like Christmas couldn't wait to see them, they are both stunning and great value thank you !!!!!!

Goods good value for money

No email sent regarding despatch of item.
No contact from delivery company. ( I had to call them )

Ordered a long mirror for the bedroom. Had a call next day to arrange delivery. Came promptly and didn't have to wait in for it.
Excellent service!

Very impressed with the company, the customer service, the packaging, delivery and the products. Bought one mirror then returned to the site and bought a second. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Excellent service. Delivery was swift and mirror is perfect.

Easy web site with good selection of mirrors.Fast delivery and on the wall within 4 days!

Communication excellent, delivery excellent, packaging superb. I will be recommending this company

Very pleased with the mirror. The quality is excellent and it looks amazing. However, the delivery service leaves much to be desired. The company were unable to give us a delivery time slot, so my husband took a day off and waited in all day, but no delivery. When the re-arranged delivery finally happened, the driver did not give my husband enough time to get to the door as we live in a town house and he needed to come down 2 flights of stairs. Instead he took the mirror to a neighbour, despite being told NOT to, and on seeing my husband he indicated where he'd left it and told my husband to collect it himself.
However, despite the poor delivery experience, I would use the company again as everything else was perfect.

excellent, prompt and everything happened what they said

Very good and timely service; and a great product!

helpful staff helped find the perfect mirror for the space - kept us informed re delivery date and time - good value for the money

The company provided an extensive range of mirrors and I found just what I was looking for. I was contacted by the company to confirm delivery arrangements and the product arrived on time. The packaging was excellent and well thought out paying special attention to the padding to ensure no damage. I would recommend this company.

from the initial enquiry by phone, i got the answers to my questions which gave me confidence in the company. i placed an order, given a delivery date and kept informed of the delivery progress. delivered, well bubbled wrapped and protected. mirror arrived safe and sound.
