My partner and I had been searching for a property for a while. We had become quite frustrated in dealing with estates agents, until meeting Steven and Bea at Chancellors in Woodstock. They have been incredibly helpful not only at the start in ensuring our offer was accepted but throughout the whole process. Unfortunately, our solicitors were not very proactive and their communication lacked, however both Steven and Bea were always available to chase them and the seller up. Steve has been really helpful, he's been very proactive at keeping on top of the detail and keeping everyone in the loop. I've really appreciated that he is great at returning calls and emails promptly and he's really straightforward to deal with, great customer service.

I have been dealing with Lynette and Steven and the service we've received has been impeccable. We are first time buyers and they've not been pushy or rushing us through the process.
