He guided us how to apply, offer, and documentation process since my partner and I are foreigner in this country and had no idea about the process. Our moving went smoothly and settled in well. The last couple of months have brought a range of repair issues that needed seeing to in order to ensure the smooth running of our rental property, and I have been very grateful for Emma Cotterell's prompt and professional assistance in ensuring that these repairs were facilitated as speedily as possible. As one concerned a broken shower door, that briefly rendered our shower unusable, it was imperative that the fix was done quickly - especially in winter - and her diligence and warmth were greatly appreciated.
