With Rebecca as our Property Manager, I was confident that the property was in good hands. Communication was always clear, and I could easily reach Rebecca or a member of her team whenever needed.

Shelby and her team of sales progression advisors were amazing throughout my home purchase. I’ve used other estate agents in the past and I wasn’t expecting the level service they provided. They communicated between myself the seller and both of our solicitors giving me regular updates and pushed everything along to completion on my behalf making everything much less stressful! I have been deeply disappointed with the way Steven and the team at Chancellors have handled my situation. Their approach has been unhelpful, dismissive, and completely lacking in fairness. It is clear to me that Chancellors are far more interested in extracting money from tenants than in providing any level of genuine service or support.
