I’ve taken a look into your order and here’s what we found:
Your order was placed on 27/02 and dispatched the same day via Royal Mail 1st Class. This service only scans parcels upon delivery, so it’s normal for Royal Mail to show “untracked service” with no tracking updates. It appears the parcel hasn’t arrived yet, and we’re really sorry for the delay.

We can see that next day delivery was selected at checkout, however the parcel was mistakenly dispatched on a 48‑hour service. As soon as this was brought to our attention, we refunded the full cost of the next day shipping.
