So far I have no issues with CGT Lettings Tewkesbury. 90% of my dealings have been with Beckie Cook and she is, in one word, fantastic. Very friendly and approachable. Paris and Sophie were both very helpful throughout the process even when there was a slight difficulty getting one of my references through, overall a very smooth and easy move.

We've just let a property via the Tewkesbury branch and found Beckie and Becky a pleasure to deal with. Becky C in particular really helped me out with an issue that prevented me making a 150 mile round trip to sort out. It is personal touches like that that make the difference.
The communications to us as landlords have been prompt, requisite and really useful. I have also gleaned from the tenants that they are happy with the agent.
