Trying to return a faulty Rangefinder golf watch.
No answer on telephone and, so far, no reply to my email! Worrying. Do we have to go to small claims court to get a response?

Paid for order online and still not received almost a month later. Cannot get hold of company by phone or email! Do not use.

If you want your money taken, goods not supplied and have to involve Citizens Advice to get your money back. If you want to hear discount was wrong, emails not received, Callaway are to blame, goods not in stock yet advertised as available - use CGDiscountgolf.

I ordered 4 Callaway Rogue Woods on 21 April 2020, received 3 clubs on 24 May, numerous false promises and being ignored, eventually received refund on 25 July - no apology, no acceptance of responsibility. Be Warned

I ordered some Footjoy GTX M/L golf gloves on 24th May 2020 from the CG Discount website. Despite being in lockdown, the wrong order was despatched. I immediately contacted CG Discount and they advised to send the gloves back and they would send out the right ones. I did as they asked.
Some 9 weeks have now elapsed and I am still waiting for my order. I have tired of waiting and requested a refund. Neither have I received the gloves which I have ordered from CG regularly over the years nor my money back.
It is disgraceful. When you attempt to telephone them. no-one answers and they do not respond to emails except when it pleases them.
I advised them that if I did not receive a refund into my bank account today (14th July 2020) I would resort to social media. I am merely exercising my rights as a consumer but more relevantly, if this is how they treat loyal customers, what chance do new customers stand???

Returned faulty gps watch for replacement. It arrived on 2nd May. Now nearly the end of June and still no sign of replacement. Was told by email nearly 2 weeks ago that I should receive it in the next day or two..Very poor and not at all impressed.

Never received my item. They don’t respond to emails. No refund received as yet. Shocking service!!!

Hi,I have tonight 22/1/19 received an email advising me my order has been dispatched with expected delivery 3-5 days.I find your service to be really sub standard as I ordered my items with you 8/1/19 after 5 working days I emailed yourselves(no reply)emailed the next day(no reply) then rang and spoke to a woman who said she would ring back in five minutes,an hour later still no phone call so I rang spoke to a man who told me my item as should be with me by Wednesday Wednesday, that's tomorrow 23/1/19
