I had a great experience with this phlebotomy course! The teacher Julia was very kind, patient, and explained everything really well, making it easy to understand. The course materials were great and covered everything I needed to know, same as the practical one.

The support from the school was also very good, and the online platform was easy to navigate and use. Overall, I am very happy that I chose to do this course and would definitely recommend it to anyone interested in studying phlebotomy with London Medical School. I am very pleased with my overall Phlebotomy training and work experience . It was well organised, practical and informative. , It gave me an opportunity to develop my phlebotomy skills in a supportive clinical environment.

The trainers and most esp..Julia ..Stephania , Grace and Blendi were very knowledgeable, patient and approachable. They took the time to explain procedures clearly, answer questions and provide constructive feedback, which helped to build my confidence and competence in venepuncture.

I particularly appreciate the hands-on experience with patients, as this allowed me to put my theoretical knowledge into practice while maintaining patient safety, dignity and infection prevention standards.

Overall, it was a valuable and rewarding experience and I feel much more confident in my phlebotomy skills and better prepared to use them in my healthcare career. I would happily recommend Centre for Medical Sciences and Research to anyone looking for professional and practical phlebotomy training.

I’ve recently completed my work experience with London Medical School & Aesthetics Clinic, and I’m genuinely so grateful for the whole experience.
The training and practical experience I received have given me the confidence and skills to take the next step towards working in the medical field, which means a lot to me.
All of the tutors Julia, Stefania and Grace and staff were incredibly professional, knowledgeable and supportive throughout. They were always happy to explain things, answer questions and make sure I felt comfortable and confident while learning.

was very disappointed with the Eight Point Lift filler training course.

I purchased this course during the Black Friday sale in November, but after it was cancelled twice, I didn’t complete it until feb( only because I insisted and said I would bring my models ) because The cancellations were due to a lack of models, so in the end I had to find and bring all of my own models.

Unfortunately, the training itself was also disappointing. Julie made the learning environment feel uncomfortable, and I didn’t feel respected as a student. I was also told that filler procedures should be carried out without numbing cream to save time, which I strongly disagreed with, as I believe patient comfort should always come first.

Overall, I expected a professional, well-organised course, but that was not my experience. I wouldn’t recommend this training based on what I experienced.

I recently completed the Phlebotomy Competence Assessment at the London Medical School location and had a very positive experience. I am proud to say I now hold a CPD-accredited qualification.

I want to give a massive thank you to Julia for going above and beyond to support my requests and make the process easy. A special thanks also to my trainer, Oama. She was incredibly knowledgeable and supportive throughout the practical day. I tend to ask a lot of questions, and she always listened and offered great advice. Most importantly, when I needed to take a break and things were too much to handle, she listened and reassured me that I was doing a good job. That level of support really gave me the confidence I needed.

The practical element of this course is excellent,t and I would highly recommend it. While the online training could use an update, it still covers all the relevant information on ANTT, infection control, PPE use, the correct tubes to use, and how to ensure patient safety.

I am really looking forward to seeing where this course takes me in securing a job. Thanks again to the team at the Centre for Medical Sciences & Research!

On April 11, 2025, I participated in a hands-on session called Urethral Catheterisation, organized by the Center for Medical Science and Research. The workshop commenced promptly, led by an instructor who was highly knowledgeable about the latest procedural advancements. The session effectively addressed updates in aseptic methods and the medico-legal aspects relevant to secondary care in the UK. The facilitators were extremely helpful and provided a certificate of attendance as soon as the workshop concluded. Overall, my experience was immensely rewarding, as I enhanced my skills and understanding by practicing with various medical devices under expert guidance.

Our newly appointed phlebotomist enjoyed the course. The theory was presented in a simple way, easy to understand. the video could have been made better. The practical course was very good.

Friendly tutor and welcoming environment

I’ve really enjoyed the phlebotomy work experience programme at London Medical School. Stefania has been an outstanding teacher – instructive, engaging, and fun to work with. The environment is welcoming and enjoyable, and the team are all lovely and conversational, which makes learning even more comfortable.

I’ve had plenty of time to work on simulations before practicing live draws on volunteers, and I’ve seen a huge improvement in my skills in just a few days. I highly recommend this programme to anyone interested in phlebotomy or clinical skills – it’s well-structured, supportive, and a genuinely rewarding experience.

I have completed several courses with CFMSR and all the staff are amazing. They present their courses in a way that is both easy to understand and informative.
Will be booking onto more in the future!

I would say it was a very beautiful experience being that it was my very first time of trying to draw blood from a mannequin not to talk of a human being ( Volunteer and consent was sought) I was a bit nervous but my accessors really are so so welcoming and helpful. They were always smiling while guiding me which helped me with building up confidence faster and also able to learn calmly. I would definitely recommend to Family and Friends
