Cerami Arvostelua

Plates arrived super quickly, they are very high quality and love the fact that no two are the same.

I love my Teresa dinner service. Arrived as expected and looks better on my table than on website. Will definitely buy more.

I ordered a set of plates and bowls just before Christmas and they arrived in time for Christmas. Customer service was fantastic when I wanted to vary my order. The plates and bowls are beautiful, each one unique with wonderful colours and slightly rustic in the shape that gives character but in a beautifully finished way. Very happy. Jane

Ordered the Anna (Pink Crackle Glaze) XL Serving Bowl in the sale. Great communications from Cerami and from Sergio. Arrived quickly and really securely packaged. No fear of any cracks or breaks. It’s beautiful.

Beautiful products, delivered immediately, my friend loved her gift. Excellent, friendly, personal service from Sergio . I'll definitely be buying again as I can trust them to deliver and to care about my order, write a gift message etc. A great customer experience.

Such beautiful unique pieces and they are an absolute pleasure to deal with! Personable, helpful and professional. Will be ordering all of my crockery from them in the future

Had the most wonderful experience shopping with Cerami. Their products are completely beautiful but on top of that the customer service I received was exemplary. Sergio answers all my questions quickly and helpfully and then went above and beyond to make sure I had the products I purchased in time to give to my friend as a moving in present. So grateful for that and will be sure to shop again soon!

Absolutely gorgeous. I have bought these as a Christmas gift but now don't want to give them away. Great service also!

I have become a bit obsessed with pottery and finding an online shop that has a beautiful selection at reasonable prices is a DREAM. I’m in love with the mugs I ordered! Customer service has been excellent - my questions were answered quickly and delivery was fast too. I will be recommending Cerami to friends and buying more myself soon!

The crockery is so gorgeous that it made it very difficult for me to pick just one. I had to order 4 samples until I finally made my mind. The pieces are top quality and they have a real feel of artisanship, feels like getting some really original dinnerware.
What I'm most impressed about is their customer service. Sergio was fantastic at replying and making sure everything arrived in good conditions, even when two of our samples got slightly chipped by the courier mishandling.
I am one happy customer and will be recommending Cerami to all my friends and family, that's of course when I'm not buying more things for myself :)

Amazing customer service and products. Sergio kept me informed from placing the order to through to delivery. I love my cups !
Great response and delivery timings.

Amazing customer service and really great quality products.
I made an order and unfortunately one of my products broke in transit but Sergio dealt with this quickly and I ended up with a new replacement that I preferred!
Can’t beat the level of service!
I would highly recommend and I will be adding to my collection of ceramics soon!

The mugs i ordered from Cerami were beautiful and a decent size. They arrived quickly and were carefully packaged to ensure that the items arrived in one piece. Can't wait to use them.

I have been lucky enough to buy several of the bowls, jug and platters and am delighted with them. They arrived promptly and were well packed and excellent communication throughout. Thank you Cerami.

We bought the bowls for a wedding present for an Italian couple. They are vegetarian and eat a lot pof pasta. what beautiful artisan bowls, stunning colour and texture. They could not have been more perfect. The packaging was amazing, they arrived in two days and exceeded all our expectations. Thank you Cerami

Amazing service from start to finish, there was an unfortunate accident with one of the plates we ordered and Sergio contacted me personally to explain and then compensated over and above what was needed. Absolutely love our crockery and will definitely order from Cerami again!
