The product was delivered intact and as expected. However, there was no opportunity to view the shipping charge until AFTER the order was placed. Given it was almost 100% of the product price, the buyer should have be advised.

finding what you need for a specific device is easy to navigate and checking out is secure and quick but the screen protectors I bought, even with being very careful in cleaning my screen before putting it on, came unstuck within a few weeks and had already cracked even faster than that, while it was still attached. I was relieved only the screen protector cracked and not the screen itself so I guess it did its job before till it fell off

love my phone case...only the car charger you sent is the wrong one. How do I return or exchange for the correct one. I have the Note 9.

Received 2 broken headsets broken in exactly the same place. Can't get any customer service. Have written about 6 complaint emails & not one has been answered.
Would not recommend!

phone case fit the phone. I just wished that the clip on the back would swivel.

The case I ordered was great. The only negative was that they sent a free car charger that would fit my phone. I ordered an iPhone case and the charger is android. I appreciate the free item just wish I could use it.

I purchased a phone charger Cable that stated it was compatible to my Samsung 8S phone. It didn’t work. I don’t think it was defective; it looks well made. When I checked into returning the the item for credit or exchange I read that the Buyer is responsible for return shipping. The Cable is NET $4.99 and I was charged $11.71 Shipping for the original order. It’s not cost effective to return the item. Now I have a Cable that we can’t use and other family members have iPhones and can’t use this Cable.

After 2 weeks. The shoulder stap tore. when I wrote that I want a refund or replacement, I got an acknowledgment that my email was received, and someone will contact me. But no one contacted me for 4 weeks now. Very disappointed

Everything Came in a timely manner and everything was great quality for the money You won’t find it anywhere else better

Charged my account, but, did not notify me the cell case I wanted was not in supply. After contacting it took several more emails before I received another call case.

Although I did receive all the items I ordered, they were shipped in two separate shipments.
This seems to be more expensive than all at once, but more importantly, there should have been some explanation, or at least some sort of notice.
Maybe have labels printed that say, "First of two shipments", or "Partial shipment, remainder to follow".

Had you asked for a review right after the first shipment, I would have given you, "One star, minus five stars!"
