I can’t recommend this company enough. I had a problem a year and a bit after installation. My Hikvision box broke. Saf sorted it out within a week under warranty. I can’t speak for this all the time, but it didn’t matter which day or time I emailed I always got a response within 5 minutes. Brilliant customer service.
