Great products and great customer…

Great products and great customer service. I purchased a beautiful black cast iron radiator over two years ago. I had a small leak a couple of days ago which the plumber identified as an issue with the valve. I called Castrads to order a new valve. The response from Elisheba was first class, she was extremely efficient and polite, a replacement valve arrived within 24 hours, at no charge. I could not be more impressed.

Castrads went above and beyond

Castrads went above and beyond. There initial advice on sizing, colour selection and style was matched by their level of service and speed of delivery. I would have no heistation in recommending them for future projects

Lovely radiators

Lovely radiators. Long delivery time. Delivery was poor: no notice, nobody knocked when it arrived and I just happened to notice a pallet literally left on the street. Nobody asked my to sign.

Thank you for your review, I'm sorry that you feel that our delivery service wasn't up to scratch on this occasion. We've contacted the delivery company and they have confirmed that the pallet was left with 3 tradesmen on site, one of whom signed for it. They then started to unpack the pallet to make sure everything was in good order. Is it possible that this information wasn't passed on to you by the tradesmen on the day?

If you have any further issues, please do get in touch and we'll do everything we can to resolve them.
