Fulham Road Showroom

I purchased some cast iron radiators from the showroom in Fulham Road . An excellent sales assistant guided me thru everything , followed up with delivery info and excellent prompt post sales support. Top class service

Fabulous service from visiting the…

Fabulous service from visiting the showroom to delivery.
We were kept up to date whilst the radiators were being manufactured and regarding delivery.
Any queries we had were answered immediately.

Jewellery for the Home!

I love my Castrad radiators. They are an elegant and beautiful touch to my home and fulfil their intended role perfectly. Working with Castrads customer service to find the right size of radiators for each room and gather the details needed for installation was a pleasure and the radiators were ready for delivery on the promised date (in fact one week before!). Altogether a great experience and I wouldn't hesitate recommending Castrad's to anyone looking for a refined, superbly crafted, traditional radiator for their home.

We bought 3 radiators from Castrads…

We bought 3 radiators from Castrads awhile ago and two of the valves have now rusted. Even though the website says they are guaranteed for 10 years apparently we bought them before this guarantee was instated (less than 10 years ago)
Castrads would not give us replacement valves but merely a discount on new ones.

I'm afraid we were unable to replace the valves free of charge as they were over 3 years out of guarantee. I hope the discount applied to the new valves went some way to lessen your frustration.
