Cast Iron Radiators 4u Arvostelua 

Rad arrived very well packaged, & looked good. Problem came when our plumber needed to change position of 3 of the 4 end plugs, to allow for correct configuration for our system. The first one unscrewed OK, but the other 2 wouldn't budge. It was only after working on them with 2 blow torches for over an hour, that he discovered 2 of the plugs had normal right-handed threads, & 2 had left handed threads. By this time, the 2 left handed threads had been damaged to such an extent in trying to remove them, that the radiator is now unusable. So complete waste of money. When I rang the company to complain,& ask why they hadn't mentioned anywhere about the different threads, they said that was standard practice ! I've fitted over 20 cast iron rads before, & never encountered this, but mine were all UK made. They then said it shouldn't have been necessary to have to change the configuration, as their website gave different options when ordering on-line. The problem with that was that I rang them to place the order, & no options were mentioned or offered at the time of order. They were not sympathetic, & dismissed my complaint as being the fault of my plumber, who is very experienced. So would never buy from this çompany again

Great radiator, assuming it works. Installed by our builders.

The ordering process is bewildering and the btu description on each radiator which gives you an idea of how big the radiator should be is wrong. I ordered on the phone and was immediately told to ignore it and use a different (and of course more expensive measure) to decide what size radiator I need.

The major problem I have with the process is tho is the delivery. Both the company and the delivery driver were at pains to point out that the driver will only drive up to the door with your radiator in their truck. The driver would not touch it. Unsurpisingly they are seriously heavy. Thankfully we had two hairy builders to get the radiator off the truck and take it into our front room. It was not easy for them. Given the cost of the radiator, an option to have it delivered direct to the room it is due to be installed in should be available, which, from memory, it isn't. Very pleased with the product itself, tho.

Stunning radiator. Exactly as hoped for. Cast iron radiators are expensive but well worth it. The one I bought was competitively priced versus other providers. Really good, helpful delivery service. Came on time and I was kept really well updated.

The only thing I would change is that they should send more than one person to deliver when it's a massive iron radiator!

Excellent service all round. Radiators are exactly as described, went to showroom there was no pressure sale, delivered before time and really well packed, received follow up call after delivery, cannot fault, will be using again.

Absolutely wonderful service from start to finish! This old gold Georgian-style radiator is the feature piece of our new kitchen and we love it. Quick delivery too. I can recommend without hesitation.
