Poor follow up
Initial appointment 4 years ago was great, got a good deal with LV.
Due to review in 2026 as per their policy, to call customers to ensure they are happy with the current product and to see if can get a better deal.
Sadly had two planned appointments and they didn’t bother to ring.
Very disappointing service, go direct avoid using Caspian.
