Carwow Leasey Arvostelua

I dealt with Sven Liegis from the beginning of negotiations to delivery. When we first linked up the issue in front of us was pricing compared to other brokers. After a few exchanges Sven and I were able to agree a mutually satisfactory financial deal on the exact car of my choice. From that point on I was regularly updated on the process to deliver my vehicle on the date I chose.

A difficult one to sum up as to where does Carwow Leasey responsibilities end and the supplying dealer start. Easy to place an order and a fantastic deal. The car took over 6 months to arrive despite the original timescale being 2 months. Had to chase far too many times for updates. Was finally told it would be delivered in August only to take delivery today (29th September). When I saw the car for the first time it was filthy. I just feel disappointed with the whole experience and expected more. The Carwow team, as brokers, just didn't give me enough. Marked down for the lack of communication and failed promise. Next time I think I'll go straight to a dealer for direct answers and accountability for any issues that may arise.

Elle was amazing from start to finish car arrived within 3 weeks. And best deal ever after shopping around. Amazing price. Thank you all involved. 100% recommend

We had a great experience buying our car through Carwow Leasey. From start to finish, the whole process was professional, friendly and stress-free.

Simon Pitney-Baxter was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and made sure everything was handled smoothly.

A really positive experience from beginning to end — thank you!

The whole process of organising a leased car was much easier than I expected. Ralph was quick to reply with any questions I had. Regular updates were available on the Carwow customer portal.
I would happily use Carwow in the future.

Carwow Leasey was brilliant and Simon Pitney-Baxter very helpful. The whole experience was very straightforward and quick. I would highly recommend.

Carwow Leasey and in particular Max Gardner made it super easy to choose my next lease car. Max handled my enquiry in a very professional and efficient way and the whole experience was a pleasure. Thanks Max for making the process so painless. Highly recommended.

Sven was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. He was approachable, easy to communicate with and incredibly quick at responding to any questions I had. I was particularly impressed with how promptly and thoroughly he dealt with my email queries.
His excellent communication made the whole experience easy and hassle-free. A real credit to Carwow. Highly recommended!

Sven was awesome to deal with in sourcing and delivering exactly what we wanted. When there were a few unforeseeable hiccups they were dealt with above and beyond expectations. Communication was excellent and was a pleasure dealing with. Will definitely be doing future business with Leaseys and Sven.

My first time leasing a vehicle and the experience could not have been more straightforward.
A quick name drop for Ralph Burbeck-Hunt who dealt with the majority of the correspondence. Ralph was very polite, professional, well spoken and responded promptly to any communication. A realistic timescale for delivery was given, and I was kept updated on the progress every two weeks. In the end delivery was slightly earlier than expected.
Delivery itself by the supplying dealer was trouble free, with the driver giving ample notice of expected arrival time. Handover was straightforward.
A follow up call was appreciated, with advice then supplied as to how to resolve a small issue with the dealer.
All in all a very positive experience.

After securing a fantastic deal with Simon Butler it was just a case of waiting to take delivery of our brand new car. Smooth delivery and we were kept informed every step of the way. Will be using again for our next car

I have had excellent service from Carwow.
Firstly the cost of leasing the vehicle I wanted was better than all other companies on the comparison website.
Then I was assisted by a very competent young man called Noa Venter. Guided by him I moved through all the arrangements quickly and efficiently. He is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions promptly. The training by provided by Carwow is obviously first class. Judging by Noa, their employees obviously know their job.
I am delighted with the service I received from Carwow and will definitely be recommending the company to my friends and family. Moira

Very fast responses with any queries I made, Simon was brilliant start to finish. Was my first time leasing a car and he made the process super smooth. Very reassuring.

After searching and researching (Car Wow Car Reviews are very helpful in this respect) for some months for a new lease car CarWowLeasey had the perfect blend of price, terms and car. Added to this the customer service Max Gardner offered in helping me find the ideal package was excellent. All backed up by the strong and reputable Car Wow Group brand. Highly recommended.

We contacted CarWow Leasey after being let down by another leasing company, who were unable to honour the original price they had quoted us. Another provider we approached was also quoting around ten weeks for delivery of the vehicle we wanted.

CarWow Leasey were competitive on price, but what really stood out was their service and ability to source and deliver the car much faster than the alternatives.

I spoke with Calum, who provided a range of pricing options and clearly explained the stock they had access to. Unfortunately, for reasons on our side, we then had to delay making a decision and were out of contact for around a month.

When we got back in touch, Calum was very professional and completely understanding about the delay. Importantly, we hadn't been hassled or put under any pressure during the delays.

Calum ultimately secured the vehicle we wanted at a price slightly below the other companies we had spoken to previously, and the car was delivered in around 2-3 weeks.

I had expected the whole process to be considerably more drawn out and potentially quite painful, particularly given our previous experience. We may have been fortunate with vehicle availability, but CarWow Leasey, and Calum in particular, made the process straightforward, professional and efficient, with good communication throughout.

Very pleased with the experience and I would happily recommend them.

Straightforward process, fast responses, courteous and helpful. Excellent service from Sven.

I decided to use Car Leasey after doing a considerable amount of research into the car I wanted to lease and comparing a number of different car leasing companies.

What really impressed me was how effective Car Leasey was as a comparison service. They found me the cheapest lease deal available for the exact car I wanted, based on my specific requirements, including the lease term, initial payment and annual mileage. This was invaluable because it saved me the time and hassle of searching numerous companies myself to find the best deal.
From start to finish, the entire leasing process was straightforward, efficient and completely stress free. A huge part of that was down to Jamie at Car Leasey. He was extremely helpful, professional and responsive throughout the whole process, and his customer service made what could have been a complicated process incredibly easy.
I genuinely cannot speak highly enough of Jamie and the service I received from Car Leasey. I am extremely pleased with the deal I secured and with the overall experience.
I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Car Leasey to anyone looking for a competitive car lease deal, and I will definitely be using them again for any future leases.
