Its been nearly 2 months and they barely reply ive messaged both business accounts and they give vague replies after 1 week even simple questions they dont respond to even though they are online. Waste of time. If it takes that long to reply i wonder how long it takes for the car finance to be sorted out. By then id probably find something else i dont have time to waiting around for replies and answers.

The Worst Car scammers in Britain.They even have their own MOT workshop ...London Mayor Pls take note.....II bought a convertible car that i found was leaking as the rain drops,Flashing break warnings on the dashboard ,on taking off the car seat covers which was purposely made difficult to remove only to find the seat were completely worn out,items glued,the roof opener glued,and the worst was when the rains came.within weeks the car was covered in mmoulds and damp due to leakage from the windows and roof.They were so rude and blocked my number and every attempt to find out who actually owns the company was dodgey.I had to resort to county court after they ignored my attempts and denied ever receiving the court summon But only responded when Judgment was served with flimsy exuces....I will update you guys on the court outcome.I advice anyone to sue and seek damages on top the claim

Bad customer service. I was referred by my friend, who was a regular customer of them. The person who was dealing with us was totally unprofessional and stubborn. He was even denying the services which was given to my friend from this garage. My friend asked where is the owner i want to talk with him as he always deal with me..the person who was dealing with us was azhar or mazher cheema he said i am the owner of this garage. My friend got interest free instalments from them but he was refusing that no it could nit be possible. And was justifying the interest as halal he gave the example “ before marriage sex is haram but after marriage sex is halal”. He was highly unprofessional incompetent arrogant who just cut down his own regular customer.

ABSOLUTE RUBBISH COSTUMER SERVICE !!!

I’ve sent enquiry regarding one of the vehicles advertised for sale on their website on the 7th of November?no reply! then I sent updated enquiry for the same vehicle a day later? no response! Today is 28th of November and what I can see that the vehicle I was enquiring about still for sale but no one contacted me back. I don’t understand what kind of dealership is !!! DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME !!!

Back-street used car dealers are the sort of characters that will get 1 or 2 by default, Car Valley is no exception. The worst thing is that the guy in the office handed me a set of wheel locking nut keys. A bit strange as they should be with the car, but I accepted them not dreaming they'd be the wrong ones. What dealer would deliberate give you the wrong accessories? Car Valley, in turns out. The 5 day warranty is an indication of their confidence in the cars they sell. The only reason we went ahead was the model, year and milage seemed reasonable, asking price was a few hundred pound less than all the quotes we got online. The car looked neglected, it turned out it was. However, asking if they had done any serving on it and the paper work to prove it met with marked defence. One of the excuses for lack of evidence was they didn't have a computer. I guess a pen and paper with signature would be asking too much from these guys. The truth is that the car probably had a quick 10 minute look over. The day after we picked the car up, the servicing bill was over 1k to put things right. Wouldn't it be better to just be honest and admit there's issues?
Of the 5 star reviews, one suspects some of these people at least, may not be genuine customers.

Unethical business practice, Arrogant, rude and intimidating customer service. Returned the car which came with broken coil springs at BOTH front wheels, yet it had passed MOT! The very first day I bought the car and drove it home I began to feel a squeaky noise from underneath when going over bumps! A check with my garage revealed the fault. I returned the car for full refund exercising my rights under consumer rights act 2015 which states that dealer shall fully refund buyer within 30 days for knowingly selling a faulty car that is of not satisfactory quality Broken coil springs fall into faulty car category. Without checking the fault I informed them of, because they knew about it, these guys refunded the purchase price less £250 administration fees arguing I have used the car for 5 days...I explained I didn't buy the car to return it and pay £250 in 5 days but to keep it and enjoy it, and it was their fault. They should put me in the position I should have been before the sale, ie, full refund. It goes to show they are operating illegally
disregarding the law that protects consumers. I am determined to get £250 back as it's just a scam and I will report their Mot test center to DVLA

OMG!!! Please guys don’t buy a car off of these cowboys, they’re scammers liars and extremely rude. They sold me a car and the engine light came on the next day so brought it back to them and they took it aside then the mechanic stepped into the office and had a word with the sales guy. They came out and tried to tell me that when the car was sitting in their yard fog must have caused water to get in through the petrol cap and got into the fuel tank. The car had only been there for 2 weeks and there had been no fog. He then tried to say that maybe when I filled up the petrol a drip of condensation came off of the petrol pump and found its way into the fuel tank… these people really think that I’m stupid. I asked for the diagnostic number and then looked on the net and it said that the number 1 injector had gone. After arguing I managed to arrange to come back but when I did they denied any help and when I pointed my finger at the place and told him what I thought of how he runs his business he raised his fists and reached for me, two or three of his friends held him back. I’ve had several issues already including broken exhaust mounts, bearing trouble and even a rag stuffed in the bumper to fill a gap. Some of their cars look nice like the one I bought but if if after reading this review you still go to these cowboys then please have a real good check over all you can possibly think of and definitely take a mechanic and a dictaphone. If I had read the reviews first no way woul I had given this place a second thought. There’s a lot more to the story and I only hope I have deterred at least 1 person from buying a car here.

Be wary of Car Valley Wembley . We are looking for a car but not in a hurry but going there was a waste of time . Seller got really defensive when I asked a few questions and got aggressive because to him my questions meant I was not serious about buying . Said they refuse AA car checking service . DODGY and unprofessional
