This is my second time working with CarsDirect to purchase a car. And it was like nothing has changed. And that's a GOOD thing. I must admit, the first couple of times I contacted CarsDerect this time around, I retracted because I wasn't as ready as I thought and forgot how immediately responsive and available they were. But when I finally committed, I was able to work with Raufel Muhammad. As a businessman, it's often hard not only to get out to a car dealership, but to answer phone calls and emails in a reasonable time frame. However, this never stopped Raufel from continuing to follow up with me and provide me the information I needed. When we connected the first time, I felt like I was talking with a confidant/friend. Never did I feel he was trying to pull a fast one on me or upsell me. He asked what I was looking for, worked with my budget, and helped me land an amazing deal for what I now can say is a GREAT car. The experience was just as I remembered, and even better. His demeanor, patience, and customer service made this experience a great one. This review would have been five stars, but the only constructive criticism is having to work with a dealership 400 miles away. I would have hoped to have more options closer to my home. However, given the circumstances, the experience with the local leadership was a very positive one. Overall, I think Raufel and CarsDirect.com for helping me choose the best car.

I got a quote from Cars Direct on an Infinity Q50 after shopping around with a few car dealerships. The quote was cheaper than the dealership's quote by over $100 per month. Additionally, the car was delivered to me within a couple days and the signing process was quick and easy. I would highly recommend this service to anyone looking for a new car.

I'd read previous reviews of CarsDirect, and I wondered if I'd have a similarly positive experience. They were exactly as advertised. I'd originally thought of buying a 2013 model Ford Fusion, but the exact set of options I wanted were difficult to find late in the buying season. In the end, I decided to purchase a brand-new 2014, and we literally built the car from the ground up, with just the set of features that I wanted. And true to their advertising, they delivered the car to my door. What I didn't expect was that the dealer "downstate" would provide the sales rep I'd been talking to all along, and with the business manager in tow to complete all the paperwork at my kitchen table. I got a complete top-to-bottom review of the car's many features (it's a hybrid, so there was more to discuss than the usual set), just like you'd expect at the dealership, but in my own driveway, and on a car with a very competitive price.
This company is the real deal. I'll work with them again if I have the opportunity.

The CarsDirect rep Joe gave me valuable advice on my trade in, located the vehicle right away at a much better price than the local dealers who were all unwilling to deal on this new model, and set up my pick up from the dealership, all by email.

What a great experience. I wanted to buy a new Lexus IS 250, and came across CarsDirect when searching for some pricing information. I gave the service a try and it was so incredibly easy that I'm still shocked. There was dealer cash incentive on the car, so ended up getting it for $1.5K under invoice. Somehow the dealer and (I'm sure CarsDirect) made money on my transaction, but I walked away with a great deal. No ridiculous up sells either. Would definitely recommend to others looking to buy a new car!

I needed a new car for my husband fast; his 94 Jetta had hit a rock in the road literally and he couldn't get up to Big Bear for New Year's Eve. He couldn't shop or pick up anything from a local dealer. I called Cars Direct, told them what I wanted, and they delivered it to him at his office the next day on Dec. 30th! Great service!

This was the quickest and easiest purchase of a vehicle that I have ever encountered.

The entire transaction from step 1:

1. Called and asked for a price of a particular vehicle
2. Within five minutes they gave me the information
3. Asked what was next, told me they would fax a credit application
4. I completed application and fax'd back
5. 10 minutes later they called and asked if I wanted to pick up the vehicle the next morning or if I would like them to deliver it.
6. I told them to deliver it on Monday, The dealer called me and told me they would deliver it before noon on Monday.
The entire transaction was concluded within 30 minutes.
I would recommend them very highly.

Easiest way to buy a car ever

When I was looking to buy a new car, a Honda Accord, a family member of mine referred me to CarsDirect. The people at CarsDirect were so helpful and found me exactly what I wanted. Compared to actually going to a dealership to buy a car, this was painless and so convenient.

The agent, Michael, quickly responded to my request and questions. The drawback is we have 3-hour time-zone difference. I had to call him or received his email responses at afternoon. I requested a Prius C Two but he couldn't find one me. (Actually, I checked 3 local Toyota dealers and they didn't have that model in stock either.) He found me a model One instead, close enough. However, I didn't like the options with that Prius C. He finally found one without the options but it was located in a dealer in Anniston, Alabama about 120 miles from Atlanta. To get that car, I either drive there to pick it up or let the dealer to deliver, which might charge a cost for the delivery. Michael helped me to negotiate the delivery cost and finally the dealer agreed to deliver the vehicle to my home for free. The dealer delivered the car to my home at the scheduled time. Michael could also help me on finding the financing at 2.9% as same as the local dealership would offer me.

I saved so much time by going to Cars Direct. All I had to do is type in the car that I wanted and Cars Direct found the dealers. I didn't have to haggle or do any extra research. If your looking for a new car this is the place to start!
