Carr & Co Solicitors Arvostelua 

I rang up Carr and co Blyth yesterday, it was about 12:45 the receptionist said the Solictor I needed to speak to was on his lunch and he would give me a call back as soon as he was finished, I was fine with that but I'm still waiting after more than 26 hours. If they take this long to reply to quite an easy request, god knows how long they would take if you had an actual problem, I will be avoiding them like the plague, use at your own risk!

I was directed to Carr & Co solicitors by the Newcastle Law Society. I can only agree with other negative reviews, Sharon Smith was impossible to get hold of and totally inadequate. Although Victoria Bell accepted my complaint stating she was clearly concerned, would investigate fully and respond within the time frame allowed. I was never contacted again. They managed to make what was already an increbibly stressful situation a lot worse.

I totally agree with previous reviews. This company of solicitors are lazy incompetent and a total waste of money. You can never get a hold of senior directors solicitors or Legal secretaries as they are on holiday on the sick. Oh you haven’t booked a slot to speak to them. Everything seems to be too much of a problem. Be aware they steal a life for a living.

I've been using Carr and Co for many years now but wanted to leave this review to thank Victoria Bell who has just concluded a sale for me. First rate service and always happy to spend time explaining the intricacies of the process. Very reasonably priced, too. Highly recommend.

I can't remember when I sent an email enquiry asking this firms morpeth office to do a contract that local and national media are to sign where they not to name me or take my photo, they have never replied, took a wild guess for date of experience.
