Good customer service, honest and reliable information. Good experience at the New Malden store. James was very helpful, had good knowledge, could understand are requirements, showed the right products and helped us out.

Carpet Right always gives excellent service but on this occasion it has surpassed itself. Both Karen and Lee have been super efficient with caring conversations and eager to give me what I required in cost and product. I have had excellent communication and a speedy delivery date. I had been in a few shops looking for vinyl flooring and was unimpressed by the lack of help I had received from the staff. Very different experience at Carpetright. Cass came straight over and asked if I required any help. She was so warm and engaging and knew exactly which type of flooring I required. I was so impressed by her customer service skills, she is a credit to the organisation. Also must mention Carl. Him and Cass work brilliantly together and he was so kind helping me out to my car with my flooring. Will definitely be recommending Carpetright to any friends and family in the future.

Na email en telefonisch contact komt het toch nog goed, de rol is ineens binnen en de stoffeerder komt vanmiddag.... was allemaal een misverstand, we stonden gewoon
voor vanmiddag ingepland

Bestellen en inmeten naar plan, maar levering wordt dag ervoor gecancelled, we hadden te laat akkoord gegeven, uhh op de dag van inmeten gereageerd maar het woordje akkoord stond er niet bij (de woorden niet akkoord of annuleren trouwens ook niet) zit je dan met 2 leeg gehaalde slaapkamers en dag erna een leverancier de meubels

Great service by Pauline at Whetstone branch who tracked down the carpet we wanted and placed our order. Very friendly and efficient.
Carpets fitted two days ago and we are very happy!

Wrong colour flooring delivered. Manager offered refund of £50 if i accepted the flooring, ridiculous when it cost me over £400! Fitters phoned store and i was told the one i ordered just 3 weeks ago had been discontinued. Manager said i would have to go back to store, order a different one, then wait a further 2 -3 weeks for delivery. Absolutley appalling service. Will NEVER use Carpet Rite again and definitely do NOT recommend! 1 star given is for the fitters, who were friendly, professional and very apologetic

19/02/25 - following a conversation with the Stockton store manager, I agreed to accept the incorrect flooring and and the manager agreed to refund the cost I paid for uplifting the old flooring and fitting the new one. I agreed to the refund and appreciate the gesture made by the store Manager Steven

Great fitting service by Sim. Job was well done and both Sim and his colleague were friendly and polite throughout. Cleared away all mess afterwards. Would definitely use again

After a very positive experience of utilising a different branch of Carpetright (which I wrote a 5 star review for) I made an enquiry with Carpetright in Peterborough regarding flooring for a large dining room and bathroom. The quote came back expensive, with no breakdown provided of the cost of each part (ie I wasn’t told the cost of underlay, flooring, installation, door bars, uplift, delivery etc) I had to ask for this, and was made to feel as if I was asking for something unusual! On my previous experience it was a standard breakdown when I received my quote, everything was clear and transparent.
When I asked if the price could be reduced / a discount added, I was asked ‘what would I like to pay’. There were also long gaps in between emails / responses.
It was also unclear whether I would need remedial work to my existing floor prior to laying the new flooring, so it was suggested I have a visit to assess, which I was happy to have. I agreed to the visit, and heard nothing further, and have had no follow up whatsoever since mid December. Needless to say I arranged my flooring elsewhere, where pricing and any discount offered was clear as transparent.
I would not recommend Fiona and Carpetright Peterborough based on the poor service I received.

Just had new carpets fitted (living room, hallway, 2 landings and 2 stairways), painless and totally hassle free. The Staff from the Swindon store were great and very helpful. Sim from Carpet Magic Ltd fitted and tidied up everything in just a few hours and it looks amazing. Big thanks to all, would highly recommend carpetright and especially carpet magic fitters.

I specifically asked For carpet and flooring that would match a gold and white house I was given a quote based on previous measurements on file as I have used carpet right for many years I picked an LVT flooring via email and the representative put the LVT flooring on grey carpet to prove to me that it was not grey. I have attached that image to this review. When the flooring came, it was in fact grey I called the carpet right and asked for a new flooring that was not grey. L They refused the new flooring and they also refuse to give me a refund. Furthermore when the fitter inspected my house they also said they wouldn’t be able to do both of the bathrooms which I had already paid for in full so I refused the service. I have requested a refund on more than three occasions and have an email thread where the manager is lying and having short term memory loss to save himself from head office.

Luckily, I have an email thread and recorded conversations but want to put this out to other so they do not buy from carpetright as since going into administration they are desperate for any penny.

Kevin, at the Cramlington store was so helpful, helped me pick out a carpet (lighting wasn't the best in the showroom) he went through a range of best options based on the room and possible wear, but wasn't too pushy. He was able to arrange delivery within a week.

Love my new carpet, great service

The whole experience was great, from going into the store at Yeovil to having the carpet laid was all first class.
The people in the store were so helpful and it was a great relief as we didn't really know about measurements etc..tjen when the carpet fitters came they were so quick clean and tidy and did a fantastic job..it transformed my whole house. Would definitely use carpet right again and the fitters 10 out of 10 👍

Product ordered with James in Newbury store. Wrong colour carpet sent by carpet right. Installers stilled installed due to removing previous flooring before checking colour was correct. Spoke to James at Newbury, who was rude and refused to find out when rectification will happen. One carpet is for a baby room. Baby due in 2 weeks and we can’t erect furniture until we know. James was overly defensive and didn’t seem to care. Admitted he could call head office to find out more, but said he’s not going to. Was more focused on passing blame onto head office and suggested I sort it out. Told me to ‘go on the website and complain’ Paid for this 19 days ago. Was warned not to use carpet right.

Was in shop a long time.had sales man Carl.trying all types of grey carpet. And underlay he was so patient with me as I couldn't make up my mind hopefully when I need anything else I'll ask for carl
