Ordering and viewing the product in store was good with helpful staff.

Enquiry dealt with easily and advised which was the best product for us to buy. The transaction was concluded very satisfactory. Good customer service.

If anyone is thinking of using Carpet right, just don’t. This is the second time they have cancelled on us in the matter of weeks, which has left me and my partner missing out on pay or using holiday to make sure we are here!
We first had a consultation on 25.05.2024, which got cancelled half an hour before their time slot, due to someone calling in sick, which is just ridiculous, because surely if someone calls in sick, you will know at the beginning of the day! Now baring in mind I lost out of half a days pay to make sure I was here to let them in etc, this isn’t acceptable.
Anyway we got another date which was 03.06.2024, which to my amazement they actually turned up and everything was a success. We managed to get measured, picked a carpet which was in stock, so we didn’t have to wait very long and then went and paid that same day, because we were desperate for carpets.
Now the day for them to be fitted was today, after chasing them for 2 weeks to find out if today was actually the day or just a rough estimate and it was confirmed multiple times they would be here today. After moving all of our furniture out of our bedroom last night so we are sleeping on a mattress ok the floor and being 17 weeks pregnant, this isn’t ideal! We have just had a phone call to say that it won’t be fitted today, because the carpet hasn’t actually been delivered yet! I told them this is the second time we had been messed around and cancelled on and all they could do was offer an apology and say the next earliest convenience for them was Thursday, so now me and my partner have to loose out on their more pay or holiday to be here again for them.
To say we are angry is an understatement.

Well I have read the comments and waited sometime to comment but think I need too. Initially in store seemed very slick. Carpets ordered 4th April due to deliver 18th. Then that is where the issue was. Fitters turned up mid afternoon with just 1 carpet although the order was for front room, 2 bedrooms, landing and stairs and hall which was laminate. They had to go back. Turned out then the laminate had been ordered wrong and not enough boxes sent and no beading. It is now the 4th June and still not finished, I have 3 doors still off downstairs one being the toilet. All I get from store is appeasment and now I have to chase up the fitter who does not answer the phone. If you could give no star it would still be too many. You need to hold your head in shame

Still haven’t received my order from Evesham store. Ordered 2nd March. My 21 month old daughter has just smashed her face on our bare concrete floor in our new build. Where is my flooring???

I visited this company three times trying to make a decision as to what carpet I wanted made into some rugs. On all occasions the staff were absolutely excellent. Very helpful, knowledgeable and most of all they had patience!!

This purchase couldn’t have been any easier. Surveyors came out to measure up the rooms, phone call was made to see if the time and date was still OK, then another phone call to say they were on there way. Fitters booked for a date of our choice. Many thanks to Dom you’ve been very helpful.

They arrived on the day and did an excellent job.
Some of the flooring has not stuck down, in places and they left a mess, in the utility room.
The lounge, has not been finished and still needs the beading to be fitted. There appears to have been multiple problems, for the company and as such, to this date, they have not been resolved. The job has not been completed.
