The service was excellent, but the carpet, was poor quality, and needs replacing after only five years, before stretching, and losing colour.

As with any purchase, it’s all about the customers overall experience and I’d have to say that our overall experience with carpet Court overall was woeful.

Our Initial in store experience with Harrison at the South Melbourne facility was a good, helpful, professional service which was why we paid a deposit and booked.

We were told we would have to wait awhile for the stock to arrive and we were content with that.

First we were booked to get our kitchen floor replaced, we were told the job would take one day. We live in an apartment with a tiny kitchen. The kitchen floor was started on Friday 17th June and completed On the 22nd June FIVE days later!! Why because the corker didn’t arrive for five days to finish the job. Why wasn’t he booked in for the same day? For five days our FRIDGE sat in the middle of our lounge room as it couldn’t be moved back into the kitchen until the floor was finished. We were told the corker had been given our number and would call us, no carpet Court we did not pay thousands of dollars in a deposit to have to deal with your Tradies, that is not our job that is your job! And incidentally this person never called us we had to call carpet Court and we had to wait five days with a fridge stuck in the middle of our tiny apartment!

Two days later we were booked in to get our carpets replaced. On the 23rd June! Now remember we have waited MONTHS for this booking MONTHS! We have paid THOUSANDS in our deposit! The Carpet layers didn’t turn up, no phone call no advance warning just a NO SHOW! There was no communication from carpet court, once again we had to call them, our apartment was in an absolute mess because we had moved furniture and packed things into boxes, it had to stay that way for an extra two weeks because the carpet layers didn’t show and they couldn’t book us in for another two weeks!

We had taken TWO Days LEAVE OFF work we have booked the building supervisor to organise lifts and parking, we have moved furniture around, packed away stuff our home is a war zone.

No carpet, no carpet layers, no apology nothing! No reasons other than the “carpet layers pulled the plug” Like I said the worst experience with a retailer in my entire life.

The company follow up, attention to detail, customer service & satisfaction was in this instance woeful. The most important thing is setting up a customer expectation, if you tell a customer a job will take one day then it should take one day, if a customer waits MONTHS for a booking TURN up or have a standby plan don’t just blame others. The buck stops with you! A customer doesn’t pay for excuses, we pay for a service, part of our service eventuated over FIVE days instead of one and the other part of our service was null & void for an extra two weeks!

The worst experience possible carpet court had our money, our carpet, It’s a disgrace!

When the new carpet layers arrived two weeks later they were very professional, friendly and did an excellent job however given the experience the overall experience we had with this company I’m not sure I would ever want to put myself through that again. All up we took four days holidays from our job each we lived in a war zone for two weeks because we had packed stuff away and the carpet layers didn’t arrive. There was no apology and no compensation, we were not called after the job had been completed and asked if we were satisfied with it we were of course sent an invoice with the money that we owed. Carpet court needs to learn from this experience and understand that communication is the key setting up expectation and following through is all part of the customer experience.

Corey from Carpet Court Eltham store was professional, responsive, punctual and delivered everything promised. Shop has a good selection of carpets. Carpet layer, Colin was quick, polite and a true professional. Very happy with our Blairgowie 100% woollen carpet. Looks amazing. Recommend :0)

I purchased vertical blinds and security screens for my whole house, I couldn’t be happier. As my bedroom windows open from the middle they made the blinds the same, now when I have my windows open the blinds don’t fly around. My screens look really good and strong, I now feel secure!

I am very disappointed about the Malaga Carpet court they very unprofessional. The owner she said their installer very professional. Their installer installed my hybrid floor and they cut the door frame to slide the floor in, but they cut too high end up left 5-8mm gap between floor and the door frame very ugly finished.
I complained to the owner, they said that is normal have a gap like that and nothing wrong with that. They said their installer always install like that is normal. Said I'm just too picking about small little things and so rude to me.
They gave me two options:
1) Change the silicon colour and paint it.
2) If I don't want they just leave.
They done dodgy job and expect me to accept their dodgy repair.
I highly not recommend this company to anyone else.

Dishonest and insulting. After visiting the store and speaking to the sales consultant and choosing the carpet, he rang me later to give me a quote.

When I rang him back, for a written quote (to submit to the strata) the price increased by $650. After protesting. The manager insinuated that I was lying and demanded a written quote - knowing full well I didn't have one since it was given to me on the phone.

Absolute trash customer service. Worst I've ever experienced. Never been so insulted. Carpet (end up in) Court if you don't clean your act up.

I had a really old kitchen floor which needed replacing.
I contacted Windsor carpet court & the professionalism from this company is the benchmark of flooring companies.
They came out quoted the job, Stephen installed the new floor and did a absolute marvellous job. Great is not good enough for this job. I’m so happy.
If you need a flooring company to do a job ring these people!!!

I had a very good experience with carpet court port Macquarie. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rob who measured for me was great and very helpful. A lovely man Chris then came and put down the flooring was great and very efficient! All came on time which is a big plus. Hope the experience continues with my window dressings.

Great service, prices and friendly team, had 2 homes done with my local carpet court with no dramas at all. Very pleasant experience

WARNING - DO NOT TRUST CARPET COURT CHATSWOOD. They totally mislead me into signing with them to install flooring in an investment apt I own. They ripped up half the existing flooring, then said I had to pay $150 per bag to level the slab which equaled nearly $4000. When I queried the price they walked off the job, refused to call me back and left me without flooring. I then complained to James Hayward the CEO for carpet court after I looked for alternative quotes and discovered the real price is $75 per bag to level a floor. Basically they rip up the floor and leave you with no choice but to pay $150 a bag which is double the real cost. Massively deceptive. After we had the job done by an alternative contractor they refused to return calls and we had to organise another trade to install. Now I am chasing for compensation and the CEO for Carpet Court is non responsive. We are now talking the matter to ACCC and Fair Trading for deceptive and misleading conduct. If you need need flooring stay well away from these guys biggest bunch of con men in the game. Worst experience ever.

Worst service ever encounter from a business , my new kitchen Reno is unfinished And remain in fully Unoperational for almost 3 month all because I am still getting screw over from the south Hedland carpet court store to get my bench top and splash back in , every week I ask them when , the answer is next week when, now they just send the carpenter that I am dealing with to tell me to come pay for it now if I want it and it will take another 3 week, what a joke , never answering the phone call or returning your phone call . When the old kitchen got pull out , we gave them 3 week noticed and double check with them just like we did we the plumber and electrician , to make sure that all get sorted within a week ,they said not too worry it’s all good, went there again after a the first week of Reno , the carpenter plumber and electrical finished their part of job and could not do more u til new bench and splash back come in . The guy did not even know what splash back or bench top we order , we first tough it was a bad joke , but yep seems like there was no record , anyway we had a chat trying to work thing out , and he promise that it will be there within 2 week , and that’s was 3 month ago , and since been like a cat and mouse game , calling him every week or most of the time not returning our call had to go there only to get told the same thing over and over again , next week , next week. As a result I got a fully hazardous spot right in the middle of my house with 3 small children always running around . I only share this as I font wish any family to go thru what we are going right now

Carpet Court South Hedland what a rip off did a bathroom renovation and paid in full and work still not completed. Overcharged on services that did not happen unfinished/rework will have to get completed by someone else what ever you do avoid Carpet Court South Hedland.

It took a week, 3 phone messages and an email to the Dandenong store to actually have someone call me back, reluctantly at that. They show no interest in getting business, questionable quoting practices and non existent follow up service once they think they got the job.

Poor service - senior management should be fired for running such a bad company. I've tried to buy carpets from them several times and they don't even bother following through.
