⭐ **1/5 – CARJET – TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT, NO ASSISTANCE, NO RESPONSIBILITY!**

**SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! AVOID CARJET AT ALL COSTS!**

An absolutely disgraceful experience with **CarJet!** I strongly advise everyone to think twice before booking a rental car through this company.

I booked a car through CarJet in Málaga, Spain, specifically selecting the **"NO SECURITY DEPOSIT"** option.

However, when I arrived at **Nizacars**, the rental company demanded a **€500 security deposit on a credit card**, completely contradicting the conditions advertised when I made my reservation.

**And where was CarJet when I needed help? NOWHERE!**

I repeatedly tried to contact their customer support by phone, but **it was absolutely impossible to reach anyone!**

No assistance. No customer service. No solution. No responsibility.

**They are happy to take your money when you make a reservation, but when something goes wrong, you are completely abandoned!**

The situation was even more unacceptable because **I was travelling with children**. Imagine arriving in a foreign country with your family, expecting to collect a car you have already booked, only to discover unexpected financial demands and find that your booking platform is unreachable!

With children waiting and no immediate alternative, I felt forced to accept additional charges just to continue our journey.

**WHAT IS THE POINT OF BOOKING THROUGH CARJET IF THEY

Ophalen en inleveren verliep heel soepel. We kregen een prachtige auto mee. Meer dan we verwacht hadden voor het bedrag dat we betaald hadden.

Been hiring from various car hire companies at Malaga - some good, some not so good. Tried Car Gest and I have to say, I was very impressed. Friendly welcome, van was excellent and the returns process was seamless. Very highly recommended. I’ll definitely be using Car Gest again.

Since many years, Cargest is my car rental company of choice. Great cars, fairly priced, great service and speedy process. Highly recommended!

I booked a car for 4 days. Quick check-in and very quick check-out. Everything was perfect.

My first experience with Cargest and it was a wonderful one. We rented for two weeks a like new BMW cabriolet. Fast pickup from the airport, very fast checkin, no hidden fees, very fast return! See you soon, Cargest!

As always: hiring a car with CarGest is perfect!

Booked a car via Sunny Cars.
Shuttle bus from and to the airport was arranged fine.
Car was as Booked, Seat Ibiza and it was a fine nice Ibiza.
Car had some small damages which was noted on the contractform.
Briefly, professional company with very friendly and well speaking English employees.
Pick up and drop of went smoothly, no nonsense.
I would recommend Gargest based on my positive experience.

Very satisfied!
Close to the airport, Quick check in and check out!

Car in perfect condition

Great experience with Cargest in Málaga, Spain.

The airport pickup was very convenient, with the shuttle stop just a 3-minute walk from the terminal exit.

Both the pickup and return of the car were quick and easy, with no additional insurance or unexpected costs during the process.

One minor issue was that the windshield was covered in cleaning streaks when we picked up the car. This reduced visibility, especially when driving at night or in low sunlight. We were able to clean it ourselves with some paper towels, so it wasn’t a major problem.

Overall, we had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend Cargest to family and friends. 5/5!

Einfach zu findender Shuttle am Flughafen. Leichte Registrierung.
Unkomplizierte Übergabe mit allen Infos die es brauchte. Genauso bei der Abgabe. Plus ein gut zu fahrendes Auto.

Alles was weer prima. Ophalen / terugbrengen. Fijne auto. Volgende keer weer Car gest.

Perfect and fast service. The car was great and as described when we booked.

The company is very very professional and number 1 for me

Great staff, good prices and cars! I really recommend this rent a car. easy process!
