AVOID!
I dealt with Tom and he was absolutely terrible from the second I rung him back to complain about issues with the car, pushed me to after sales where I had the privilege of dealing tony constantly ignored phone calls taking days for me or even the finance company to get through.
Car constantly kept displaying tyre light, flashing oil light and overheating stereo and touchscreen system restricting your access, they finally agree to fix the car after lying to me and saying I had to give them the chance to fix the car while still being within my 30 days consumer rights, while fixing my car they kindly gave me courtesy car full of mold, cigarette burns, ash and wet dog smell aswell as having a bad clutch, untaxed (didn't notice until arrived home) and I had to pay the insurance myself.
1 week later I pick my car being told they did a lot of work to the car and ran it through my warranty even tho it should have been at their costs, I then proceed to test drive the car in the area and managed to get 45 minutes away when the problems re arrived, flashing oil light telling me to immediately pull over. Ended up having to stay in a hotel for the night and they picked the car up the next day via tow truck.
Tom got high rate several times and acted very unprofessional.
Tony smokes cigarettes in the office while your standing there with your baby and lies about completed works.
