Canvas Castle Arvostelua 

I love Canvas Castle for their Banksy prints.

I wasn't quite sure what to expect from ordering prints online from overseas, but I was really happy with the quality, the service and delivery times.

I’ve put the canvases throughout the living area of my house and they compliment my home perfectly.
I still have the living area upstairs to do...

We’ve ordered several things from this company. They ALWAYS deliver! Very affordable prints, with a huge inventory to choose from!

This company is terrible. I wrote to them about problems with their absolutely terrible instructions for the DIY frame and their response was unreal. Not surprised as many of the reviews on trustpilot say the same thing.

Stay away from this company.

They say I can only return it if I take down this review. Also, wants me to ship it back to New Zealand! This company represents themselves as a USA based company.

This morning I woke up to an email from them threatening to post my personal information on this review (which they did in their response below) AND threatened to contact my employer. Then called me ugly (lol).

I have contacted TrustPilot, and spoke with local authorities of the address on their site (which i am assuming is a front). Also contacted the FBI and had a great conversation and shared all details, all emails with their threats. This person should be in jail!

It’s simply the best, most affordable way to enjoy some of my favorite artists in both my home and work in the size and quality that they deserve!

The WORST customer service I've ever encountered. Extremely unprofessional and rude in their responses to me. Then they will argue with you, and ultimately ghost you. They do not offer returns or exchanges period, regardless if you ordered wrong because of their description. The canvas I received was poor quality to boot and had scratches on it. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Look at their reviews on the BBB and they'll confirm my experience!!

Update: they emailed me after I posted this. I wish I could submit pictures to show how rude these people are. I’ve been emailing back and forth with them for over a month to get this resolved. They refused a refund. Refused to exchange. Then flat out ghosted me for another month. Until I wrote this review. Still so rude it’s hard to believe. They said “thank you for writing such a long email! What is your issue now?” As if they don’t know. Same issue. You never resolved it. Do not do business with these people. Read all the 1-star reviews bc they’re all the same…confusing purchasing guide with regards to the frames, rude & don’t honor their return policy. And they insinuate you’re dumb bc you don’t get it.

The canvases are great. It comes on time and isn't to pricey. And it's great quality as well.

I love vast options for sizes!! I love the black border, adding depth and dimension. The prices are unreal!

Came within the timeframe advised.
Had trouble tracking parcel (error on my behalf), customer service promptly helped me out.
Very happy with picture took an hour to assemble and hang.
Looks really good and the free print was a bonus.
Overall easy and good experience.

It's a very easy website to navigate. And I really liked much of the artwork to choose from. And there's a good variety of artists and art represented on this site.

I didn't realize that my canvas was "just" a canvas and that I needed to order a frame separately - that was not clear on the website. Customer service responded and a frame is on its way to me.

Easy to follow ordering with enough detail.

This company has terrible customer service. I spent $145.00 on product that is poor quality and wont work for me and they will not take any returns. I offered to pay shipping and they just replied with rude comments like "do you know what all sales are final means? Stay clear of this company and find your product elsewhere.
UPDATE: They are not in Florida as the website says, they are in New Zealand. They have now offered to give me a refund if and when I remove the review and after they receive the item back which needs to be shipped to New Zealand at my expense. Lesson learned. ****BUYER BEWARE***
