My Candy Warehouse experience was great!

My Candy Warehouse experience was great! Everything was carefully packaged and wrapped. And of course ice packs were used to keep the chocolate from melting. Thanks for your quick delivery and careful packaging.

Disappointed with this order

Disappointed with this order. Ordered red, white and blue suckers (2 bags). One bag had ONE white sucker in it. The other bag had NO white suckers!! Totally impossible to make birthday treat bags for x number of children, each getting the same number of red, white and blue suckers in each bag. Very disappointed.

There is no deal here

There is no deal here. I should have just went to Sam's club.

I purchased reese cups, hershey's kisses, dove chocolate, sweet and sour patch kids and rock suckers. I could have purchased anywhere. They are not speciality candies. Your response is not customer centric more like a rant from a child. I said how I felt and there is no deal in buying in bulk from this site.

Now you're just making false statements. You didn't buy any Sour Patch Kids on this order. You didn't buy normal Reese's Peanut Cups... they were specialty Reese's Cups all wrapped in solid gold wrappers that are NOT sold at Sam's Club. The Hershey's Kisses chocolates you bought are specialty candies all wrapped in gold wrappers... again, these have never been available at a lame big box store. You bought specialty lollipops that we import exclusively for our company. Your review makes completely false claims, meaning either you are just plain dumb or an outright liar. And no, you couldn't buy anything from this order at Sam's Club. They offer only about 100 candy products while we stock over 6,000 candy products. Our prices are very fair for unique candies you can't find anywhere else.

Excellent company. Quick with delivery and accuracy of order. Extremely satisfied with this candy company. I will definitely use them again.

Customer service was great

Customer service was great, order was on time. However do not purchase the root-beer gummy worms they taste like chemicals. You honestly cannot eat them or give them to children. But customer service was good at handling the complaint.

I was able to arrange the delivery date…

I was able to arrange the delivery date so that I knew I’d be home and able to have my candy delivered on that date. The only problem was due to the company delivering my order. It must have left it in their holding area until the specific day I was to receive it
Although the candy was not cold it had been packed well and arrived at room temperature
And it was fine. If anyone is responsible I would fault the delivery company.
