Delivery good but it went to the wrong person but they were there to bring it to me so I don't have any problems all the sweets are brilliant thank you ❤️

I don’t even want to give this a 1…

I don’t even want to give this a 1 star! Waited longer than was expected for delivery, still no sweets for grandsons christening , had to go out & buy more! Still waiting on them ! Over a week now! Still not arrived!
Wrote & told them twice! No response! Awful customer service! Don’t waste your money!

Have no received my order

Have no received my order.

Have been trying to get a response from the company got auto mated response. Got one response from a human that wasnt that helpful and have emailed mutiple times since.

Do not order from here

No order received 10 days after ordering!

I placed my order on 28th July. I received an email on Friday 1st August to say that the sweets have been dispatched. It is being sent by In Post and it hasn’t moved since they acknowledged receipt!
I have chased this with your office and been fobbed off and told to wait 48 hours before contacting them again!
It is now Friday 7th August and I still don’t have them!
I should have just ordered my sweets my Amazon and I would have had them in a couple of days!!
Ridiculous!!

Dreadful

Dreadful, avoid this company. It’s been nearly 2 weeks since I placed the order and no sign of delivery. Keep getting an automated response from them saying they have staff shortages. Have now asked for refund but won’t hold my breathe. Absolute shambles.

Ordered £155 worth of sweets on 20 July…

Ordered £155 worth of sweets on 20 July for an event on Sat 25 July, paid for express delivery.
30 July and still no order. They gave stopped replying beacuse they can’t find my order. I keep getting the standard email reply about how busy they are, short staffed and how it’s holiday time.
I’ve asked a refund but still no reply, no order and no refund!
