The order came on time the sweets were lovely and I'd recommend them to anybody they keep to their word

Extremely disappointing experience. The product that arrived was not the item I ordered, but a lower-quality "similar" substitute. Delivery was advertised as 2-3 days, yet it took over 3 weeks and didn't arrive in time for my wedding.

I repeatedly contacted the company by email for updates and to request cancellation and a refund when it became clear the order would not arrive on time. Unfortunately, I received no response at all. The order was eventually delivered while I was on my honeymoon, despite my cancellation request.

I have now requested that the order be collected and that I be refunded, but I am still waiting to hear back. Poor product quality, missed delivery times, and a complete lack of customer service. I would not recommend Candy Delivered based on my experience.

Seem to be waiting along time to receive them. Finally arrived today

Delivery took longer than anticipated and I received some sweets which weren’t what I ordered and were substituted without asking. Not as good quality as some other places I’ve ordered from. Sorry

As I am unable to enjoy my candy ,due to the fact it has not been delivered and I ordered the candy on the 8th Sept and it is now the 15th Sept, far to long to wait and will never order from you again

I have had a few orders now.

I didn’t get my delivery as the courier Yodel delivered it to the wrong address. I contacted Candy Delivered numerous times with photos proving it wasn’t my door in the courier photo. They then e-mailed the courier photos saying that was proof of delivery. Contacted Yodel who admitted it was delivered to wrong address and they will investigate. I forwarded Yodel response to Candy Delivered but still no response. I have requested a refund or a new order. My next response will be to contact PayPal with all my evidence for a refund. This Company’s Customer Service is diabolical at best.

I loved the sweets apart from one pkt wasn't what I ordered I emailed them and sent pictures what they asked me to send and I've herd nothing back but other then this loved what else I had In my box

Considering the wrong sweets were sent & yr customer services are not replying to my emails, not sure you should be asking for a review

Honestly, avoid.

I spent £123.48 and received multiple bags advertised as 100g that were significantly underweight — some weighing as little as 77g INCLUDING the packaging. The strawberries also weren't what was advertised.

I've been trying to return the entire order since 20th August. I've sent photos, answered their questions and repeatedly asked for return instructions.

Instead, they randomly refunded me £11.36, ignored my request for a full return/refund and have now stopped responding altogether.

It's now 11th September and I've had to raise a dispute with my bank for the remaining £112.12.

Absolutely shocking way to deal with a customer complaint. I certainly won't be ordering again.

When I ordered, I was quoted 2-3 working days delivery.
I am now 10 days in & still no delivery !
Customer services replied to me with a generic email saying that they are processing 500 orders a day. I’m not interested in the other 499 but feel sorry for the other customers. I will avoid completely in the future !

My partial arrived all crushed and opened and two packets of sweets were missing. I have emailed this in but I have no response.

Ordered as it popped up, wasn’t planning on getting any sweets that evening!! Great service and delivery time and the best sweets ever! Will definitely buy again

Item has not been delivered. I couldn't give a lower experience although I wanted to. I hope they give me my money back but I doubt it.
