Excellent purchase worth the money delivered on time

Ordered a variety of sweets (as I usually do), no complaints from as very tasty and always delicious

Reported to their local authority for food safety violations. I will need to open a claim on my credit card as they have opted not to refund despite being in within my costumer rights to do so when I notified them of an issue. They sent unlabelled food too- avoid if you have allergies or intolerances or care if your food is in date. Not safe.

Good choice of sweets and very good quality sweets and fast delivery

I placed an order with Candy Delivered for chocolate and sweets, but the chocolates arrived incomplete and I received a completely different sweet order from what I had actually ordered.

I contacted them promptly to give them the opportunity to resolve the issue. 24 days later and I have received no resolution or response. My emails have been ignored, yet I continue to receive marketing emails promoting their products.

Based on my experience, I would describe Candy Delivered as unreliable, and I wouldn't order from them again. I would strongly encourage the company to take customer complaints seriously and improve its after-sales service.

Really happy with the sweets. They are very tasty and the Halloween designs are super fun!

Still waiting for the company to get back to me, about my delivery going to the wrong address, emailed them on the 11th October, said they was short staffed

No delivery message from inpost to say between 13.19 and 15.19 but nope no delivery no follow up text to confirm delivery and I want my money back sorry but now missed my daughters birthday and just not good enough!!! Where has my order gone !!!!!!!!

Just good to get some good old fashioned sweets delivered quickly

I’ve ordered a lot of bags of assorted Halloween sweets. The order is perfect and great value for money. The delivery driver was kind and friendly. Everything was packed and easily in different packets. The sweets were easy to order all the Halloween sweets were together. Thanks again 👍👌♥️♥️

Sweets are nice but whatever size/weight of sweets you order you only get sent the small size

There was no problem with my order as such, I was very happy with the sweets. The only problem was the delivery, Yodel. They did not follow instructions in regard to my safe place so will no longer order anything that will be delivered by Yodel
