I messaged for advice regarding a replacement airbeam tube, I recieved a reply with a link. I ordered the correct tubes from the link, they arrived no problem. Except they were the wrong diameter. I tried to call several times no one answered daid yiu can leave a message but then the facilitywas unavailable. I tried customer services messaging. I had various responses until eventually they said the actual tubes were not in stock. This was after several messages basically saying I had ordered that tube and that they did fit despite being to large in diameter. I asked several times for a phone call to discuss the matter and returning and refunding my money and then I have had no reply or phone call. We are meant to be going away Thursday not sure we will be able to now. Extremely disgusting treatment. 😒

I have an issue with my awning and I am not happy with results from Vango. They have inspected the awning and sent it back to me. They have decided that the fault is not with the awning and it is because of the Sun. I was not told or advised it was not to be used in direct sunlight. This was sold to us as an all season, which now transpires that it actually was not. The awning had been used intermittently for 6 months on and off.
I was also advised that the mold specks were also part of the problem, which leads me to think we should have not let it get wet either. I have spoken to Vango again and have not got anywhere. I am today sending them a letter which again I do not expect to be acted upon.
The material on the awning had basically turned to tissue paper and we woke up to the awning being stripped from the side of the van with the strip that threads through still in place.

Not usually one for reviews however, HuGe shoutout to Anne From VANGO Camping Spares & Repairs (AMG group). She was a massive help for me after a last minute pole snap and was super fast at replying to my emails and reassuring me that she could get it sorted and she did!

Truly great customer service and Anne should be recognised for that!

I purchased a VANGO Nyx 200 Tent.

On the third day of camping trip one segment of the the rear pole split in half, the same happened to a friend with the very same tent. Subsequently I found many reviews about poles snapping so clearly these poles are defective.

I asked for a replacement and their reply was: "Unfortunately poles are not covered by warranty.". I replied to them and never heard back.

On which planet are the poles not part of the tent???

They are a bunch of scumbags.

Customer service poor/ non existant response.

If you call the 0141-77735470 they do not answer and or allow you to leave a message.
If you use the online for there is no response either

I have a Vango Maritsa 700 tent needing a new pole but cannot find any reference to it on their website

I couldn’t speak more highly of vango and their service via eBay or direct. Karen especially couldn’t do more to be of assistance and went above and beyond to ensure superb service. Had a problem with an item and they quickly resolved it with a better solution so I couldn’t be happier, would award more stars if I could, highly recommended

4 Faulty Tubes on our Vango Airbeam Tent after 1 use only.
Camping spares would not honour New Tubes due to faulty product. They advised us on New Tubes - Which we ordered at approx £120.00 - these were incorrect(following there advice).

This company do not answer the phone and do not answer Emails. I have since returned these parts with recorded delivery - 10 days on and still no refund.

I have since ordered the correct tubes, another £120.00.

Worst online experience to date

They don't even deserve 1 point - we spent £500 on a tent from them, and the poles bent and broke on the first use. When we then asked for replacement poles, they told us that poles were not covered under the warranty. The tent is not fit for purpose, and now we cannot use it and have wasted £500. Now they are ignoring our emails... Save yourself time and money - buy from a different brand.

If I could have awarded them nil points I would. We filled in their on line form requesting some contact numbers for a part for our awning. We explained we were on holiday and that the part was essential, but nothing. We had an electronic reply that the form had been received by them but that was all. Prior to this we contacted the number on their website and the"ANSWERPHONE" (surprise, surprise) asked if we leave a number and they'd get back to us, but I was waiting for the tone to leave the number when a computerized woman's voice butted in saying that choice was not available at that moment in time, call back later. We did, again and again.
There is no service with this company and a few others I dare say. I am sure we would have got a different response if we were trying to buy something off them. APALLING!

Bought a tent via eBay from these guys a year ago towards the end of the season, so no opportunity to pitch it. Then when it came to pitch the tent for the first time a few weeks ago (due to lockdown), we found out we had no poles!
After a few difficult conversations (first customer assistant was particularly poor), we eventually got the poles we needed.
Looking forward to pitching it in the future, which will be almost 18 months since we initially bought it!

Sent the wrong item and then wouldn't resolve. I ordered a 2014 replacement tube but they sent the 2015 item by mistake but wouldn't resolve the issue. Very unhelpful from "Anne & the team". I won't ever buy a vango product again.

We bought a Vango Kalari 2 awning, it has developed a fault on the seem of one cross strut. As these are inflatable, the split seem is a structural part of the awning. I have contact the customer service department a couple of times, no reply. The cost of calling is just ludicrous. Love the awning, don't love the customer service.

Bought a Vango Boulder 35l backpack to use as an aircraft cabin and travel bag. It's a good quality pack with a very good harness system and it gets a lot of use.

Recently I got the main waist strap clip caught in a car door and wrote to the company wanting to purchase a replacement . . . they sent me one free of charge . . . how good it that!!!

Having come back from the beach late on Thursday afternoon to find that one of the airbeams on our awning had a leak we immediately went online to find a UK company who could deliver quickly to France. A quick email conversation later and an order on line (campingspares.co.uk) we were all set. Ordered on Thurs, dispatched in Friday, at French campsite on Tues morning. Excellent service and cheaper than other sites

An excellent and fast repair to my Vango awning, at very reasonable cost.
