Camp Hopson Removals Arvostelua

Friendly and professional delivery men. Great service, easy to book with great availability. Looked after our belongings safely when in storage and during transit. Highly recommended.

Fantastic team, they did anything that was asked of them without any fuss thank you are a great & easy move

From first survey of the task in Newbury to final delivery (to our preferred time table), the entire team from Camp Hopson were helpful, professional and went the extra mile that differentiates exemplorary customer service from just doing the job. Use them and be glad you did! Hightly recommended.

Professionalism was apparent from the start, when they came to quote. Very helpful ahead of the move with preparation. Great team of lads packing and unpacking

This company is both professional and friendly and its quote compared well to the local and national companies I considered. The staff are easy to contact and Sunny, in the office, is excellent.
I would use it again and recommend it.

We arranged for Camp Hopson to pack and remove the contents of our house from Newbury into store. The first, smaller, part of the contents was to be delivered into a small, temporary house several months later, and the larger load over two years later to a house that was being built in the Midlands.
When the first load was delivered there were a few problems as some items that had been badly packed, and some items were delivered that should have been retained in store and delivered in the second load sometime later. Peter Donaldson, the manager, dealt with the packing problems efficiently and we were fully compensated very quickly; the furniture that was scheduled for the second delivery was taken back to the warehouse and repacked into a container ready for delivery with the larger load at a later date.
The second load was delivered, as planned. The two men who came with the first removal van were extremely helpful and moved the furniture around as requested. The second van delivered the final load. In the end there were some damaged goods on this second move out of store. The list of damaged goods was sent to Peter and after discussion with the insurance underwriter, with input from Peter, a compensation value was agreed and was paid within 24 hours. We were very satisfied with the resolution of the problem.

I would recommend this company, excellent service from everyone. From the first phone call to Sunny to all of the removal men . Nothing was too much trouble and made the move more stress less
Thank you 🥰

We contacted Camp Hopson with a slightly unusual request: collection and storage of a piano, fridge freezer and three piece suite. We feared that the cost would be the same as a full house move but it turned out to be very competitive.

The ‘can do’ attitude of the staff was very impressive and the politeness and professionalism of the collection team was noteworthy.

We would certainly recommend based on our experience.

Everyone at Camp Hopson have been marvellous - they couldn't have been more helpful. From lovely Sunny in the office to the five wonderful chaps who helped on removal day were hard working, polite and efficient. I would highly recommend.

Great job - couldn't have gone smoother. Thank you Mark & Richard

We were looked after well from the look round for the quote, the arrangements for the moves and the costs. We moved out in may and put our furniture in storage while we renovated our house.we were very pleased with the moving out team, storage, and moving in team. At all times this was carried out professionally and we were kept informed at all times. The moving staff were friendly helpful and knowledgeable.

Fantastic, professional, everything nicely wrapped and delivered. Couldn’t fault them. Amazing. Highly recommend.

Professional and efficient!

Best price as well, cannot fault them

Excellent thoughtful service. Goes beyond what’s absolutely necessary

The service was professional, efficient, courteous and understanding. We can definitely recommend Camp Hopson Removals.

Thank you for working with Northstar removals together on a large move.

Friendly and professional service from both the office staff and the removals crew. Highly recommended.

Camp Hopson collected my piano and stored it while we were having work done on the house. They then redelivered it.
I cannot recommend them highly enough. Especially Peter and Sunny. Everyone I spoke to and dealt with was friendly and professional. The costs were explained to me up front and were adhered to. I am happy to have my piano back home without a scratch and the delivery team were careful with my new flooring too when wheeling my piano back again.
Thank you Peter and the rest of the team.
