Never got product. I have email from the real company Cosmody saying this company is spoofing them. No response from the fake company. Do not shop here. I changed credit card numbers.

Scam, you never sign up for a subscription, and they keep taking money. Then when you try to cancel the subscription the link does not work. I have been back and forth, reported to my bank. This is a scam! I have sent screenshots of the communication, that they will not take money again. This has been an ongoing issue since September. I have requested via email to stop sending the item and the tech issues.

Stop sending product that doesn’t work cancel this order as request after second shipment

The company has auto generated payments every month which I don’t recall selecting, They are charging my credit card every month without my authorization. I’ve contact them several times they told me to go to the manage subscription page to unsubscribe and I have several times but that page URL is not functional so they are continuing to take money off of my card, I have contacted them several times I have sent them pictures of their broken URL page and they continue to tell me to go to the manage subscription page to unsubscribe which they know I am not able to make an adjustment because that page is nonexistent. I do not want any more money taken off of my card and I have told them that, but they keep sending me back to this manage subscription page which is not functional as they continue to take money off of my card. I feel I have no choice, but to seek legal representation-

I have been searching highly to find out is anyone else having a problem with this company. I selected a one time purchase and it stated nowhere I signed up for a subscription. I never sign up for subscriptions unless I'm going to continue using the product if I like it. They tried charging my card one day without my permission and luckily I did not have the money in there. They kept trying so I got rid of that card but they are sending me emails about updating my payment method. I reached out to them by email stating I did not sign up for subscription and I do not want your product because I was not satisfied with it, so they sent me these instructions which I have finally found out that you can use every customer care buttons except the manage subscription button. I have sent about 8 emails constantly explaining to them that this manage subscription page will not load, I tried other people phones and different computers. I sent an attached copy showing them that I was using their "so called portal" and a copy of the error page. They replied they will send to relevant team and they said there was no way they could cancel, it will have to be done by me only. I was very frustrated with them and told them they are SCAMMERS by hiding a subcription along with a one time purchase. The relevant team never reached out to me which was two different times they told me they would, so they still trying to get payments and told me they will no longer charge my card once I cancel the subscriptions myself but there is no way to cancel. I hope someone can do something about this company because everthing they say even money back guaranteed is not TRUE. I tried it all with them and they are not a solid and legit company. Also to add I did receive the worst service, it took me 3 and a half weeks to get my order and they did not send me any nofication, so I reached out by email and requested they cancel my order after 2 weeks of waiting and they stated it was in transit to arrive within 2 days, it was almost 2 more weeks afterward. This has been a bad experience with this company

If I could give a gem 0 stars I would. I did not sign up for a subscription and I’m having do many issues try yo cancel. You click on manage account and you get an error message. This company sucks! I’m out of $70 bucks and I don’t like the product nor the service. Buyer beware.

SCAM, DON'T USE A DEBITCARD. AUTO-SUBSCRIPTION SVC WITHOUT AUTHORIZING FIRST. First, it took almost 2 months to receive the products from CHINA. They started bombarding me with Reviews from satisfied clients and asking me to give them feedback. I wrote them to tell them I have YET to receive the product, so STOP asking me for feedback! Then, I discovered yesterday 10-01-25 that my "trial order" was Set up for a MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION. I AM FURIOUS. JUST SPOKE TO CHASE BANK WHO SAYS I HAVE TO CANCEL MY DEBIT CARD. WOW! Everything on Facebook if a MFng SCAM. So Tired of this!

I ordered this product product over a month ago never received it. Then they placed it on auto ship and sent another order out that I never received now I'm out of close to $70 trying to cancel. This is a nightmare. I am going to have to cancel my credit card and get a new one to avoid them Charging against my card again in October. Worst company on the planet.

I have the same issue as others on this page. Ordered the product and never received it. I've emailed them multiple times asking for a refund and they kept saying I will get the product but no tracking information is supplied. SCAM!

Tried numerous products, and this is the only one that has done anything for me. My hair has been thinning for 20 years but I actually see new growth and it really makes me feel different about myself. Recommended to all my friends.

⭐ 1 Star – SCAM WARNING – Still No Product After Weeks

I placed an order with Cambronne on August 28, 2025, and as of today, September 9, I still haven’t received anything. They provided a fake-looking tracking number from China that hasn’t moved or provided any useful updates. I spent $37 on what now feels like a complete scam.

Their site gave the impression of a legitimate business, but it’s just false advertising. They do not stand by their word, and they clearly don’t care about customers. I deeply regret not reading other reviews beforehand — I would have avoided this mess completely.

DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE. It’s unreliable, unprofessional, and potentially fraudulent. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

All their Instagram ads are geared towards issues with balding and black women. For the first time I didn't research first prior to placing my order. In the same night the order was placed, I emailed to cancel the order. The company the next day processed the order then responded to the email that it was too late they've already processed the order. This was August 11, 2025 that they shipped it. It is now August 24, 2025, no products but there is a tracking number that says it's stuck somewhere in China.
