I liked the buying experience. The product looked unique, the packaging was neat and the thank you card made it feel more personal. Shipping took a little patience but the sunglasses felt worth the wait. I liked that the order did not feel generic.

I appreciate stores that add small details and the thank you card was a nice one. It made the package feel less generic and more personal.

The wait was longer than I usually prefer but the product arrived safely and looked great. I would still consider ordering again because of the style.

The style is what made me place the order but the quality is what made me keep them. They have a sharp look and feel good enough for regular wear. I have used them a few times already and they still feel like a solid choice. Definitely a better purchase than I expected.

Shipping was slower than expected so that is the only reason I would not call it perfect. The sunglasses themselves were great though.

I ordered because I wanted something with a different look. The pair I received had a nice finish and felt more premium than I expected. It did not look plain or boring which was exactly what I was trying to avoid. I’m glad I took a chance on it.

The order took some patience but customer support was helpful when I checked on it. They replied properly and did not make me feel ignored which I appreciated. Once the sunglasses arrived, I was happy with the quality. The wait felt more acceptable after seeing the product.

Delivery took a while but I was kept updated and the product arrived in good condition. The 25% off card was also a pleasant bonus.

Item is of significant lower quality than online pictures lead you to believe. Reached out to them twice to initiate a return with no answers. Dollar store quality with no option to return.

This is a fraudulent company. Period. Purchased sunglasses from their website. They have been heavily advertising on social media lately.. instagram, facebook. Most of these photos of sunglasses are complete A.I. fakes, they don't actually have the product they are selling. Great work on the fake photos though, I really did want those sunglasses. Nothing was ever shipped to me. After repeated email requests, they sent a tracking number, that was wrong and I tried the tracking number with every major carrier. I asked which shipper they are using, no response. Their website does not even open now in Google Chrome. Filed a credit card dispute, now 3 weeks after the order.

I really love the product I got the sunglasses and they look exactly like the ad I saw on Facebook. I was a bit concerned the site wasn’t legit as they were taking a while to arrive. Customer service stayed in touch following my query then offered to send me another pair but that very day they arrived and I couldn’t be happier.

I received a pair that were missing a nose cushion, I reached out to customer service and they promptly replaced the entire order, it arrived in good time, they did right by me. I couldn’t be happier, I would definitely buy from them again.

Scam. ordered, sent multiple chaser emails with no response. My order also disappeared from the Shop app and I've not had them delivered.

I ordered two pairs of sunglasses. If they only made their products as well as they did their advertising, but they don’t. The lenses are like from disposable glasses, very thin and flexible. The case is so thin and flimsy that you might mistake it for disposable packaging. They look good from far, but far from good!

Great customer service and I do believe they value your experience. Which means a lot to me in this day of age. Product is cute and adorable for every day wear, just don’t take it to the beach. 😉

Move on. Don't buy from this company. Their quality sucks for sunglasses and they are too big. On top of that, their return policy is fully on you, which typically is not the problem, but its to TURKEY. Thats more than the cost of what the sunglasses are worth. They did nothing to help me too. So, I would not purchase from this company.

Okay, so I rarely leave reviews but I had to for Callenford. I was honestly a bit unsure at first, but everything showed up super fast and the quality is amazing. The website is really easy to use too, no annoying glitchy stuff. Definitely ordering from them again. 10/10 recommend!!!!

Had an extremely pleasant experience with CallenFord, I ordered the Verdant Sunglasses in Green, even though they were delayed, I was informed by Anna about the delays and kept in the loop.

Now, since I have received the glasses, I am truly in love with them, and they look absolutely spectacular on me.

Highly recommended, great customer service and an excellent product selection.

Interestingly I did not see any reviews prior to my purchase, however I took the gamble. Yes their sizes are smaller, if you go by the universal conversion chat. I'll advise go for a size up.However the representative suggested I pay just for the shipping of the bigger sizes. It saved having to return and all.
The new pairs came and I must say they look gorge.
I paired it with a fascinator and its perfect. Wish I could share a pic on this review.
