Choice of products is amazing. The website is easy to navigate. Very good offers too. Ordering is a breeze. Delivery was very prompt. I would definitely recommend Calissa to my family & friends !!

I did not receive the items that I…

I did not receive the items that I ordered. I wrote an email to find out what is the hold up, it says it was shipped but have not received my package and I am not waiting for a refund in the form of a check, hopefully they will do right by me and send me the check.

Never again. I feel scammed.

Tomorrow will be a full month since I placed my order. They claim it shipped 3 days after the order was placed but I haven't received it. I've sent several emails and messages with no reply. We have door cameras so I know it wasn't delivered and stolen.

UPDATE: Company finally got in contact with me and issued a refund. I bumped my review from 1 to 4 stars.

mason pearson brush never received !!

bought a mason pearson brush and never received it !! contacted them numerous times and only one response in the beginning and told to continue to wait. I have waited past the delivery date and tried to contact them 3 more times and nothing.... so still NO BRUSH and NO RESPONSE
