Good products and service, long delivery time and beware of customs

Calissa refunded the full fees to me.
Over all excellent service!
Thank you for the support.

Update 29.01.21:

Order arrived today after 16 days. The product is excellent, also the Service and Communication.
Be aware, that now you have to pay toll, because of the Brexit.

My first and last order. Postage from China is faster than Calissa‘s logistic Partner Landmark Global.
Still waiting for my parcel, tracking stopped after a few days. Will press charges against this shop.

We are a UK based company so our delivery estimate for your order is from 21st of Jan to 4th of Feb.

If you click "Full Event History" you can see the latest update is "Arrival from abroad Fri, 22 Jan, 15:21 GMT Germany" which means it's still on it's way to you in the Germany Postal Service.

If, for some reason, your order doesn’t arrive within these dates then please get in touch and we will be happy to find a solution.

Slow delivery but great customer support

When the item I ordered did not arrive within the stated timeframe (I did not pay for tracking), I contacted customer support and they were quick to resend the item, which still arrived late, but got here nonetheless. Great service otherwise, and the product came as expected!

Best customer service experience ever

Best customer service experience ever! I had purchased some hair products and inputted the incorrect post code on the website so that the parcel was sent to the wrong address. They resent it to me at their own expenses. David really showed how important is the customer for them and also offered an additional 15% discount for future purchases. From now on I will just buy from them, no other websites!

Would purchase from them again!

Although my package arrived a bit late I think that was simply due to COVID set backs and it only came about a week late which isn’t long anyway. However when it did arrive it was in perfect shape and the brush I got (Denman Brush) works incredibly well. Overall extremely happy with this purchase.
