Ich habe zum ersten Mal bei CALISI bestellt und direkt eine größere Bestellung aufgegeben, weil ich einfach verschiedene Produkte ausprobieren wollte. 😊 Und ich muss sagen: Ich bin wirklich begeistert! Die Produkte haben mich total überzeugt und ich werde definitiv wieder bestellen.
Bei meiner Bestellung hat leider ein Produkt gefehlt. Ich habe daraufhin den Kundenservice kontaktiert und auch hier kann ich nur sagen: TOP! Super freundlich, schnelle Antworten und eine wirklich unkomplizierte Lösung. Das fehlende Produkt wird mir direkt nachgeschickt. 💜
Gerade bei einer ersten Bestellung ist so ein Kundenservice für mich besonders viel wert. Ich bin wirklich sehr zufrieden und CALISI hat definitiv eine neue Kundin gewonnen. 😊

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem CALISI…
Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem CALISI Wimpern-Curler. Mit einer normalen Wimpernzange bin ich nie richtig zurechtgekommen, weil meine Wimpern danach oft geknickt aussahen.
Der Curler ist für mich viel einfacher und schneller in der Anwendung und sorgt für einen schönen Schwung. Außerdem möchte ich den super Kundenservice loben: Bei Problemen bekommt man schnell eine Antwort und es wird einem freundlich weitergeholfen. Klare Empfehlung!

Product DID NOT WORK AS ADVERTISED FOR ME, disappointing customer service and received legal threats
I bought the CALISI CURLER because it is advertised as giving a curl that lasts up to 12 hours...In my experience it lasted around 10 minutes. I gave it several chances, followed the instructions and contacted customer service because I genuinely wanted to make it work.
I fully understand that different types of lashes will have different results, I wasn't expecting 12 hours to be guaranteed. But if you're advertising up to 12 hours I think it's fair to expect more than 10 MINUTES?!
What really annoyed me was the response I got from customer service. Their own website says the curler can be used without mascara, yet when I told them the curl wasn't lasting, they started blaming the mascara I was using and suggested trying a different one.
When I asked for a refund, I was told that because I had opened and used the product, they could not accept it back due to hygiene reasons. Instead, they offered me £39 store credit, which I declined. I don't want another product from a company I no longer trust.
I find this policy ridiculous for online shopping. When I buy a beauty product based on specific promises, the only way for me to know if it actually works is to try it. They refused a refund when the product didn't perform anywhere near what I expected based on their advertising, which left me stuck and out of pocket.
I wasn't asking for a refund because I changed my mind or because I didn't like the colour. I was asking for my money back because the product did not give me anything remotely close to the result advertised!
I've now raised the charge with my bank and will also be reporting the company to the ASA.
EDIT: I updated the wording of this review twice now, after receiving 3 legal threats emails from the company regarding my original phrasing on how this company operates. One of them demanded me to delete the review in full…
While I've changed the phrasing, my personal experience remains unchanged: the curler failed to perform anywhere near the advertised claims on my lashes, and due to their "hygiene policy" I was denied a full refund on a disappointing product.
Regarding the company's response that this is "standard policy across the beauty industry": in my experience with other online beauty brands, products that fail to perform as advertised are refunded, not restricted to store credit. I am purely comparing company policies here, as it is clear it is not true that all companies operates with the same policy.
I do not want store credit or a free product. I offered to return the item, but was denied a refund anyways.

On the mascara: our product page states, before purchase, that the curler can be used with or without mascara and that results vary depending on lash type, application technique, and the products used alongside ours. That's where our team's suggestion came from. It was troubleshooting based on our published guidance, not an attempt to sell you something else.
Like all beauty brands, we apply the same hygiene standard to opened cosmetic products for every customer. Even so, we offered you £39 in CALISI store credit as a goodwill gesture to use on anything in our range. We understand you decided not to take it, and we respect that.
Most of our customers get a lasting curl, and we're sorry you weren't one of them. If you'd like to take it further with us, we're at customerservice@calisibeauty.com 💜

Ich bin nach wie vor total begeistert…
Ich bin nach wie vor total begeistert von dem Wimpern curler, da ich sehr kurze und feine Wimpern habe (asiatische Augen) früher bin ich alle 6 Wochen zum Wimpernlifting gegangen, das kann ich mir jetzt sparen, leider ist die transparente Mascara wohl schon ausgetrocknet geliefert worden, was ich erst jetzt bemerkt habe, da ich meist schwarz und braun verwende, jedoch sind beide auch schon nach kurzer Zeit ausgetrocknet was ich für den Preis sehr schade finde, die MAX OUT Serum Mascara ist super, habe sie auch schon nach gekauft, vielleicht kommt mir ja Calisi entgegen und ersetzt mir die 3 Wimperntuschen.

Ich liebe den Calisi Curler! Er ist super easy anzuwenden, man sieht direkte wacher aus und der wimpernschwunh ist toll. Man braucht keine Chemie oder hartes Drücken mit der Zange mehr. Generell verwende ich fast alle von den calisi Produkten.

Calisi Look Set, so toll!
Ich habe mir das komplette Calisi Look Set bestellt und inzwischen alle Produkte ausprobiert und ausgiebig getestet.
Ich liebe sie alle. 🥰
Der Wimpernformer funktioniert bei mir prima und ist seitdem jeden Tag im Einsatz. Er funktioniert gut mit meiner standard Mascara (MAC Stack) aber mit der Calisi Mascara ist das Ergebnis nochmal krasser 🤩
Das Brow Gel ist das allerbeste, das ich je hatte.
Meine liebsten Produkte sind die Blushes, das liegt aber daran, dass ich absoluter Blushoholic bin.
Der Kundenservice ist der absolute Oberhammer. Mir wurde versehentlich ein Tester geliefert (wahrscheinlich unbenutzt) und ich hab nicht nur blitzschnell eine superliebe Antwort bekommen, nein, der Ersatz wurde sofort verschickt und war schon am nächsten Tag in der Packstation 😲
Meine ursprüngliche Bestellung wurde ebenfalls superschnell geliefert. (Sonntag bestellt, am Dienstag in der Packstation.)
Das war bestimmt nicht meine letzte Bestellung.
