I have spent a long time trying to buy calenders on their website. By the time I've used by banking app to confirm the payment their website has timed out

We usually buy all our calendars from here and love it very much! Just disappointed that there doesn´t seem to be any Marilyn Monroe slim calendar for 2024 :-((((

Few days later Royal Mail advised delivery ‘that day’
This never happened
Chased customer service, whom did not provide suitable response other than wait a few days
This morning no delivery and when seeking customer support they were not supportive, even suggesting i chase Royal Mail whom i have no control over, and apparently nor do they, yet it is there choice of supplier
I had to remind them of their obligations and maybe they should review legislation under trading standards to understand they are TOTALLY responsible for goods and service including delivery
The answer when i advised i was going to leave a review was ‘write what you want’
Well my loss of business to them will be minor but if they continue with this attitude they deserve to lose a few more customers
Time to sort relationships with your customers

Calendar eventually arrived late Friday afternoon no thanks to calendar club 😩

Ordered on Friday and delivered on Tuesday via Royal Mail with full tracking information. Great service.

Just received my Winnie the Pooh diary. Arrived quickly and in excellent condition. Very pleased with the diary - would definitely order from this company again

Ordered a "go green" family calendar which included "handy tips and tricks to protect our planet"....it came wrapped in plastic!!!!!

Awful. I purchase Calendars every year from Calendar Club normally in store but there was not a pop up store like there usually is in the shopping centre I go to so I ordered online. When I ordered the website stated guaranteed Christmas Delivery. This was two weeks ago so I trusted that it would arrive. It was awaiting dispatch for 10 days and Royal Mail received it yesterday. I understand with all the strikes that Royal Mail have let a lot of business down but I think some like the Calendar Club are just saying that it is Royal Mail when it is also their fault.

Emails to the customer service are mainly just copy and paste and they don’t answer the question. If it says Guaranteed Christmas Delivery on the website and it doesn’t arrive how is it guaranteed. The answer I got is that apparently it’s not guaranteed.
Poor customer service by Calendar Club and I would never shop there again.

Agents don’t care or do not apologise in any way when you call , placed an order in good time for delivery at Christmas , was told it was my fault because I chose 2nd class delivery and not first , still heard nothing or received any updates , will never be ordering from you again, awful service

A really good choice of calendars and at a decent price. We've used this company for years and it's always good and consistent. I will keep shopping here every year.

Ordered a calendar for a Christmas present on 8th December with no contact from them until I asked for an update yesterday 10 days later!!. Have now received a response basically saying it has been dispatched (no date given as to when) and it is Royal Mails fault because of the strike. If I don’t get it by the end of the week contact them again!! Better go get something else and can honestly say I won’t be using them again.

Used this company twice, both times was told it was Royal Mail 2nd class delivery, the first time took over 1 month to arrive. This year it has been 1.5 weeks since dispatch and still nothing. Really unhelpful customer services when I queried. Either they dispatch them from abroad, are very disorganised or print them to order or something. Either way I won't be using them again

Received a diary which was a gift for my friend plastic binder sticky and there were crumbs inside the front page disgusting

Order placed on 26th November but it still hasn't been dispatched. No chance of it arriving in time for Christmas now.... and unlikely to arrive in time for New Year. Not great service for a calendar company. Trying to cancel my order but their customer service by phone is a joke - the queue always starts at four, but each time I reach the front, the line is mysteriously cut dead. Meanwhile I've already had two emails asking for feedback on their service.

I purchased on 19th November and I am still awaiting my order over 3 weeks later. All they can say is that I need to be patient because of Royal Mail strikes. They won’t refund my £12 order until I post the parcel back to them.. how can I do that when it hasn’t even been delivered. Absolutely shocking service.

Ordered a superbike calendar. The calendar arrived fairly quickly ,considering the royal mail industrial action. I contacted customer services about the order, and got a speedy response. A good service.

I ordered 2 Mum’s calendars by Sarah Boynton in August I am still waiting!
I have very recently, Mid November, been advised that these are still not in stock due to orders being sent from overseas. Why has it taken so long for Calendar Club to advise me of the delay? After I contacted this company on several occasions I got repeated emails stating that I would be contacted within 48 hours I am still waiting. On the final attempt I then received a message that the delay was due to problems with shipping.
These calendars start in October 2022 and finish December 2023. I have lost six weeks already. This company are now saying I can have a refund. I do not want a refund I just would like this company to keep
me updated and treat me and other customers with respect. This is the very last time I will ever order from them. They took my money so I feel some respect should be given. Customer service employees, in my opinion, need more training.

Very disappointed. Ordered Monday early hours of the morning, customer service say I'd get an email when dispatched either Monday or Tuesday. It's now Wednesday no email to say its been dispatched and no tracking number.
Emailed to ask when it will be arriving I got told

Your order is with our warehouse and should either be despatched later today or tomorrow. Once despatched you'll received an email containing a tracking number.

We are only a small company so our warehouse does take a few days to process orders - I can assure you the team are working very hard to fulfill orders as soon as possible. As advised on our website, the standard delivery window is 5-7 working days.

Dreadful service

I was quite enthusiastic and keen to work with you, however the manager failed to provide us with all the information we have requested so many times plus your "sales rules" for the people that work for you does not follow the health and safety and the commission paid might be OK for a student, definitely not a decent and reasonable pay for an experienced professional. I can see that they have removed the reviews tab from their page and I'm not surprised. However we have found real reviews from previous employees/licensees.

Don’t understand the bad reviews here, I placed an order, it was despatched same day by 48 hours tracked and I got it a couple of days later! Absolutely faultless and will use again, 10/10!
