I purchased AirPods Pro2 on the 22nd September. Haven’t received anything. Received a couple of emails back
Last one as below but no reply to date. This is either a scam or they aren’t trading anymore. Buyers Beware. I will be disputing the transaction to try to recover the money.

Clearly a scam website, as the previous reviews show.

I also have been charged for ‘AirPods 4 with ANC’ this money was taken from my account unauthorised. I tried to order and the payment did not go through because of an issue on their side, I took this as a reason not to purchase. 2 days later they took the money out of my account anyway without asking and do not even have an address for me to send the appartent AirPods to.

I’ve requested a refund which they apparently processed 2 weeks ago but I have not received it.

They contradict themselves in every email, when they actually respond, which is very rare.

Their chat function on their website has been disabled and they claim to be in an office in Chiffley Tower, Sydney, but when I called the office to speak to someone, they coworking provider had never heard of the company before.

Very concerning, do not buy from here! Their communication is terrible and are not willing to help.

I placed an order and have not received any shipping or dispatch updates so went to the website to check what was going on. Website no longer exists and no way to contact them. Scam.

I bought the noise cancelling AirPods a week ago from Caire but they are still yet to be shipped, and starting to think it is a scam website. I reached out to them by email 4 times and haven’t received anything back, getting really concerned I have been scammed and really just want a refund.

Ordered AirPods 4 ANC has been a week and won’t provide any shipping information, at first said they were shipped then asked if I wanted them shipped express 2 days later. Chased for tracking information and now they don’t respond.

No phone number to call and no one replies to emails, stay away from the website - have requested the bank to put a block on the charge

Order number 1086 - hopefully I’ll get my money back but my advice stay away

I don’t care about hype or fancy ads. I just wanted proper AirPods that actually connect to my iPhone 17 with no lag and no nonsense. Caire delivered. Price was way lower than Apple’s but still solid quality. What mattered most to me was real support, since there are too many fake brands and scammy sites out there. Thank God this one was legit, because honestly if it wasn’t, I would’ve sued them 😂

Everything is perfect and extraordinary. I will be back again as your loyal customer.

Honestly wasn’t to sure if they were legit at first… did a few review checks and believed them. Order came in a few days later and it’s the best thing that I’ve ordered so far. Fast shipping and reliable team

wasn't expecting miracles. I've been burned before (\hi Temu👋🏻\), so my bar was literally: just don't fall apart in a week.

First impression... good

But it's been 7 weeks and... the Apple earphones which they advertised is... still holding up. no cheap plasticky feel. Honestly? I'm impressed

Bought it after checking the brand a bit. Not cheap, but feels solid.
Took a few extra days to show up, not gonna lie.
But they replied when I asked, no drama.
Happy with it. Worth it. Authentic That’s all.

Update : order came and was authentic and shipped faster than expected…was super worried as I’ve never seen this company but I did purchase with benefit of the doubt!

Update: Caire reached out to me after seeing my review and sent the confirmation, hope everything arrives by time.

Purchased airpod pro 2s, i was weary of the price so i looked up caire on trustpilot and i saw many people with experiences like mine. I purchased airpod pro 2s and i made sure i used a correct and valid email adress and i made sure to check get email updates about this order, they charged my account and i never got a order confirmation. When i purchased it said 3 units available and it still claims 3 units are available. I emailed through the online contact from on caires website and ive emailed twice, i have had 0 reply and my emails have gone through! non existent customer service and i haven’t got a order confirmation or any update when they claim to give it.

I bought a set of Airpods 4 on Wednesday and haven't received any dispatch information or tracking details. I reached out to them on Friday via email and received no response. There was also no Live Chat option available on the website that day. I followed up with an Email first thing Monday morning and am still yet to get a response. There is no human available on the live chat either, just an AI chatbot that can't provide any information.

Contrary to what their website states, I've had to follow up and I'm still yet to hear from anybody at Caire..

Update: 9 days later and heaps of time wasted constantly chasing these guys up and they have now supposedly processed the refund. That is after they previously said they couldn't process a refund because the order had already been fulfilled, I accepted that yet days later I still hadn't received any confirmation or tracking details. After I cracked it and brough that up they were magically able to process a refund, proving they lied to me when saying it was fulfilled.

Stay away from these guys.

Update 2: The refund was processed and I actually received my money back.

Express shipping because the item did not take quick time... Item was indeed authentic i found out it the sound qaulity is superb too highly wow!

As a person with impaired vision, I was easily able to give my feedback. Having someone type my response for me.

Fake reviews paying 3rd world accs to review is crazy and no product came I had to contact my bank to rescind the payment and refund me there and the store is down for those who bought already contact your bank.
