Cairds Arvostelua

All of the staff at Cairds were always very approachable and friendly. Particularly Oscar who has been super helpful and proactive throughout our search. He has been one of the best estate agents we've worked with in terms of listening to what we want and collecting/sharing feedback quickly. I really appreciate the partnership and would recommend Cairds.

Chris Picket went the extra mile to ensure we viewed the flat quickly and is absolutely lovely with the tenants , he is respectful and really lovely to deal with !

Christian is professional, friendly, helpful, an exemplary estate agent. I've dealt with many in my time and can sincerely say he is one of the nicest I've dealt with. Lola is great also. Overall all my interactions with Cairds have been very positive, this is one of the best estate agents I've dealt with based on my recent experiences with them, great team 🙂👌

Great personal service, very pleasant, happy to answer all questions and guide you through the renting process. Associate was Lola in the Epsom office.

We were treated in a courteous manner by a friendly, experienced team of professionals. Even though we didn’t complete any of our potential properties the level of professionalism and attitude didn’t diminish.
We would recommend them as a good Estate Agent.

Christian was brilliant from the start! What an asset the your company. Highly recommend Cairds and especially Christian

I’m currently buying my first home and I couldn’t be happier with Jenny and the team. As a first-time buyer, the process can feel daunting, but they’ve made everything so much smoother. They keep me fully updated at every stage, are always on hand to answer my questions quickly and clearly, and have been incredibly accommodating with viewings, even at short notice.

Cairds Epsom are genuinely one of the best estate agents around, professional, patient, and supportive. Thank you for all your help so far!

I rang cairds for a plumber this morning and spoke to George, he was very kind and arranged to send a plumber immediately, George was very polite and called back once he spoke to a plumber.

Kate is really great - she doesn't oversell, just offers constructive advice when asked!

Kate has showed us around several properties and we've been really pleased with her professionalism and the useful information she has always gleaned before viewings to give informed details. We also like her soft-sell approach - we've always felt comfortable during our viewings and have wanted to buy from her!

Christian has recently helped us find tenants to let our flat. He has been informative and communicates extremely well. Great service would recommend.

Chris recently came to my house and valued my property; the information and knowledge he had about the Epsom market was impressive as well as advising me on all the hurdles with new legislation. Within 2 weeks he had found a lovely family to move in at the start of June. Communication throughout has been outstanding and I couldn’t recommend Chris enough to any other landlord who is contemplating renting their property out in the Epsom area.

Chris was extremely helpful throughout the process of finding me a rental property. He was always responsive, professional, and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. His knowledge of the market and attention to detail make the whole experience smooth and stress free. I really appreciate his support and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a property.

We had an excellent experience working with Christian Pickett throughout the process of finding our new home. From start to finish, he was incredibly helpful, professional, and genuinely committed to making sure we found the perfect house. He went above and beyond at every stage always available to answer questions, arrange viewings, and offer honest advice that made the whole experience far less stressful.

Christian’s knowledge, patience, and dedication really stood out, and we always felt supported and looked after. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and his communication was outstanding throughout. Thanks to his hard work and determination, we’ve found a wonderful house that we absolutely love.

We couldn’t recommend Christian highly enough to anyone looking to buy a home. A truly fantastic experience from beginning to end!

Really easy to deal with, Oscar was great.

Lola was incredibly reassuring when we weren’t selected for the property we had hoped for. She consistently kept us updated and always made sure we were informed as soon as new properties were listed online. Thank you, Lola, for your continued support, professionalism, and encouragement throughout the process.

I had registered with another local agency for 5 weeks , no joy. Christian and Lola were amazing within 7 days they had found a tenant and with 10 days we had signed contracts .
A young proactive dynamic team. Would highly recommend for their speed and constant communication throughout process.

Gavin was absolutely fantastic throughout our first home purchase. What turned out to be a very complicated and at times stressful process was made so much easier thanks to his professionalism, patience, and constant support.
From start to finish, Gavin went above and beyond to help move things forward, always keeping us updated and doing his best to resolve issues as they came up. He was responsive, approachable, and genuinely committed to helping us get through every stage of the purchase.
As first-time buyers, having someone so knowledgeable and reliable on our side made a huge difference. We really appreciated all of his hard work, dedication, and persistence throughout the process.
Thank you, Gavin, for all your help in getting us into our first home — we’re incredibly grateful and would highly recommend you to anyone buying or selling a property.

I’ve had a positive experience with the Epsom branch estate agents, I have been dealing with Lola so far. While I haven’t secured a property yet, Lola has been consistently professional, approachable, and proactive in helping with my search.

Lola has taken the time to understand exactly what I’m looking for and have been sending through relevant options rather than overwhelming me with unsuitable listings. Communication has been clear and timely, and Lola has always been happy to answer questions or arrange viewings around my schedule.

Cairds were possession and responsive throughout
