In short, I’m very satisfied with the delivery speed — my Cabin Zero 28L arrived in Croatia in just 4 days 💪. I had been searching for a backpack that I truly liked and that met all my needs for a long time. It’s high-quality, durable, lightweight, and practical, with enough space for everything I need for short trips, while also complying with airline carry-on rules. The hardest part was choosing the color — they’re all beautiful. I’m sure I’ll buy a Cabin Zero backpack again.

The 28l bag is fantastic capacity wise - really efficient use of space - can't believe how much you can get in it, exactly what I wanted. One star off as given so many choices on colour I chose one I really liked and was disappointed with the real life colour versus the one online. I know you can't guarantee the colour from a picture online but it's really different (teal greeny blue online versus a dull battleship blue grey in real life). A problem with the courier meant no time to return so I've kept the bag but the colour does annoy me 🤣

My family and I have six Cabin Zero bags
My family and I have bought four military Cabin Zero bags and two classic bags. They are all well made and strong. I particularly like the military bags as they have extremely strong and thick nylon material. My wife loves the colour choices in the classic version. Highly recommended.

Great bundle!
My honest opinion:
- Delivery: Very fast
- Product quality: Great. This might be the best value for money on the market right now in this type of backpacks.
- Storage management: Great. I opted for the bundle with the extra packing cubes, which makes a difference. Even without them, the internal compartments do a good job of keeping my clothes separate from my laptop and documents. I specifically chose the Tech version for that quick laptop access.
- Accuracy: The product is exactly as described on the website.
Don't know what to say else. I am completely satisfied with a product and service.

Great Bags - Even better Customer Service!
I ordered two CABINZERO Classic Tech bags, and unfortunately, one arrived missing an element. Given that my trip was fast approaching, I needed a replacement bag quickly. The CABINZERO team, especially Scarlett, handled the situation with remarkable speed and professionalism. I was truly impressed by her responsiveness, kindness, and efficiency. Thanks to her efforts, I received the replacement bag across the Atlantic in no time.
As for the quality of the bags, I was pleasantly surprised. Initially, I expected the bags to be somewhat flimsy, given the price, but instead, I found them to be of exceptional quality—far superior to anything I've seen in specialized stores in Canada and the USA. They're also much more spacious than I had anticipated.
Lastly, I appreciate how CABINZERO is continuously improving its product lineup while introducing new options for travelers like me. After this experience, the CABINZERO website will always be my first stop when looking to expand my travel gear.

Do not buy the ultralight packing cube
I bought the classic tech backpack and 3 ultralight packing cubes. The backpack seems really nice but the cubes sting like rotten fish. I tried to clean them with various ways (vinegar, baking soda, clothes wash), I let them in the open air for several days and they still sting. What kind of paint are you using? I am afraid of putting my clothes inside this disgusting cube 😤
