I am based in Portugal. I was not signaled that the purchase was an international buy. I was charged by my bank as an international charge, and for that reason I was charged an additional 5€ that I was not expecting.

Excellent bag
Excellent bag, easy to pack , unpack and carry. Well made , lightweight, Have just taken it with me on my 2 week holiday. Was able to pack all that I required and travel hand luggage only without any problems.

Superb product
What a great experience. Super-fast shipping and the product is truly excellent. I pack light and with the set of organisers (definitely add those to your order) I've just had five days in Italy from an Easyjet-friendly underseat bag. The pleasant surprise is that it's actually a very comfortable rucksack in its own right. Highly recommended.

Customer service was excellent- the bag I originally ordered was too small so I exchanged for the larger version. It arrived the day after I sent the smaller one back.extremely pleased with the 44L backpack I now have and looking forward to my next trip.
