I visited your store in Bucharest Băneasa mall recently and had an uncomfortable experience with one of your sales assistants.

While I was inside the fitting room, still selecting the items I intended to purchase, the employee entered the space without asking for permission. As you can imagine, this is a very private area, and this kind of behavior is inappropriate and invasive.

When I asked for space, his response was defensive, which made the situation even more uncomfortable.

I believe in professional and respectful service, especially in a retail environment, and this situation did not reflect that standard.

I trust you will address this internally to ensure a more respectful experience for future customers

Απαράδεκτοι....Εκανα την παραγγελία μου κανονικά, μου πήραν τα χρήματα από την κάρτα μου κανονικότατα και μετά από μια ημέρα με ενημέρωσαν με email ότι το ένα ζευγάρι παπούτσια αξίας κιόλας 200 ευρώ δεν υπάρχει και ότι θα μου επιστρέψουν τα χρήματα σε 14 ημέρες.... Δικό τους λάθος και θα περιμένω 14 ημέρες για να πάρω τα χρήματα μου πίσω.... Δεν υπάρχει περίπτωση να ξανά παραγγείλω ποτέ τίποτα από εκεί...

Μου πήραν την αρχική έκπτωση και μου ακύρωσαν δύο φορές την παραγγελία μου….
Παράγγειλα ένα μπουφάν αμάνικο

Που ήταν στα 102 € και μαζί με την κάρτα μέλους μου το άφησα στα 73€
Μουρχεται την επόμενη μέρα μήνυμα ότι ακυρώθηκε η παραγγελία λόγω του ότι δεν είναι διαθέσιμο πλέον το προϊόν. Ξαναμπαίνω αργότερα στο site και είναι ξανά διαθέσιμο το Νούμερο large. Ξανά παραγγέλνω αλλά πλέον δεν μπαίνει η έκπτωση. Στέλνω e-mail και μου το αλλάζουνε ξανά στα 73 €.Μετα από εφτά μηνύματα μου το αλλάζουν .
Περνάνε τρεις μέρες μου ξανά στέλνουνε μήνυμα ότι η παραγγελία μου ακυρώθηκε το προϊόν δεν είναι διαθέσιμο.
Μπαίνω στη σελίδα τους βλέπω Ξανά είναι διαθέσιμο στο site τους της Buzz Αλλά πλέον είναι στα 127 €
Τους ξανά παίρνω τηλέφωνο και τους ρωτάω ποιος είναι ο λόγος που ακυρώθηκε η παραγγελία μου για δεύτερη φορά εφόσον είναι ξανά το νούμερο μου διαθέσιμο και υπάρχει μόνο ένα προϊόν στο νούμερο large αυτό που είχα παραγγείλει και μου το πήρανε πίσω δύο φορές. Και μου λέει υπάλληλος ότι δεν έκανες σύνδεσή η αποθήκη με το κατάστημα και δεν μπόρεσαν να παραδώσουν το προϊόν και εγώ ρωτάω και εγώ τι σχέση έχω με όλο αυτό με λέει επειδή μας ζητήσατε το λόγο σας είπαμε και της λέω μπορώ να το ξανά παραγγείλω στην αρχική τιμή που είχα με έκπτωση εφόσον το προϊόν είναι διαθέσιμο και με λέει υπάλληλος ΝΑΙ ΑΛΛΆ είναι στα 127 €😡ok Έκλεισα το τηλέφωνο για να μη βρίσω την υπάλληλο μέρες που είναι και απλώς δεν πρόκειται να ξανά παραγγείλω τίποτα από αυτές τις εταιρείες…
Τέτοια απάτη δεν έχω ξαναδεί

I ordered the Retro Nuptse 1996 North Face Jacket from the store, it costed 349,99€ i found it on discount at 188,90.. i gave it a shot they delive it to me i paid the delivery guy when he bring the package.. and i was terified of the reviews here that maybe is fake and maybe is damaged.. so i recorded myself while opening the pack.. i checked everything it was absoloutely real as i ordered and not a problem at all.. i order it from Buzz Sneaker Kalamata Greece.. maybe in other countries is problem but i had to let a 5star reviw

the boxes were completely destroyed. The shoes looked worn and there wasnt a receipt. Awful experience

I went to return something and the communication with the staff was scandalous. I wanted to exchange it for a pair of sneakers, but they didn't have the size and told me to go to another store. With some kind of communication, I don't know. Is it my responsibility, my duty, that when they can't afford it, I go and take care of it?

Just don't buy anything from them they are the worse!!!

BUZZ refused to refund my money for defective shoes, even though I filed a complaint. Their customer service is extremely disappointing, and they show no interest to resolve the issue. I will never shop with them again!

Canceled my order with no explanation, from other reviews it seems like I’m not the first one. Stay away from them

Bought a pair of shoes for 90 euros at black Friday offers and that was maybe the best price from all the other shops in the whole internet. They sent me other shoes which of course I have sent back and they assured me that they will send me what I have ordered. But after they claimed that they don't have my size in stock and refunded my money. A few days later I have visited the site again and my size was there... In stock... The price? 150 euros... Never buy from this shop!!

I ordered a pair of shoes and after 1 week they emailed me “shoes are no longer in our store”.
Customer support was unprofessional.
Spend a little more money and buy from someone more serious.

Bought a pair of Nike Huarache WT in size 42 EU and they are like 3 sizes smaller, like I had pairs of shoes that run small, but not at this scale.
Don't know if it's the shoe's fault, since I never had this problem with any Nike shoes.

Το χειρότερο μαγαζί πού έχω αγοράσω ποτέ!
Τα παπούτσια έχουν ένα χαλασμένο κομμάτι, δεν είμαι καν σίγουρη αν είναι πρωτότυπα!
Έστειλα άμεσα μέιλ ότι έχουν πρόβλημα. Δεν πήρα καμία απάντηση! Πήρα δύο φορές τελεφονο καί έστειλα πάλι μέιλ καί μετα από 10 μέρες πήρα ποια απάντηση! Απαράδεκτα προϊόντα, απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά. Μένετε μακριά απο αυτό το μαγαζί!!!!!

Order placed on Sunday delivered in store on Monday.

Ordered a pair of Sambas... the box I received them was completely destroyed and I mean disintegrated... they lacked the manufacturer's tags but I was happy they were not worn. I checked online whether they were a genuine product or not, seem to pass the checks but the condition in which I received them makes me believe they are not original. Time will tell...

I placed an order on 29.05.2024 and after 6 days, i didn't receive it....

I bought a pair of adidas 2000s at the store first they were alright but within a month of wearing them (not even daily mostly once or twice a week) the soles are completely destroyed and started detaching from the shoe and i saw that where the sole was supposed to be stitched it wasnt even stitched it was held together by glue. The quality of the sneakers they sell is absolutely horrible and its not the only one who has complained about this.

Can’t refund when bought in stores.
