Dead woodlice

Ordered woodlice, 6 were dead on arrival, I notified company who asked for a picture which I provided and haven't heard anything since. This was over 2 weeks ago

Plants leaves came crushed

Plants leaves came crushed. Very poor packaging, no indication of fragile item outside. Pot came wrapped up in a cardboard sheet with no stuff to hold it in place in the bigger box.

I’ve been using buzzard reptiles…

Best shop around for exotic supplies.
I’ve been using buzzard reptiles regularly for a couple of years now and I cannot fault them for quality, quantity and price. They are by far the cheapest around for anything you could want from live insects to supplements, terrarium lighting and deco etc. I am always recommending them to my customers (I am a chameleon breeder) and I’ve never had any issues with the quality of livefoods that I buy on a weekly basis. An excellent selection of different plants and terrarium deco, branches and substrate etc, if there’s anything you need they likely have it. Always friendly and helpful staff as well, would definitely recommend to anyone.

Excellent value for roaches

Excellent value for roaches. Even though the price seems to vary each time I purchase the same items, all still arrive fresh and alive. 100% recommend! I don’t order from anywhere else

Fantastic service

Tarantula arrived safe and well, albeit a day late through Royal Mail. Otherwise very satisfied with Buzzard Reptile for their professional approach. Packaging fantastic. Highly recommended and I'll definitely use them again.

Very fast delivery

Very fast delivery, well anpckaged and the plant pack for my tortoise is so nice and pretty that I didn’t want to give it to my tortoise!
