Bought 3 days ago spent 120+ on an…

Bought 3 days ago spent 120+ on an account. Said a 5 min delivery time. Didn’t get anything from them so I message them saying I didn’t receive the account details. So I asked a few questions and they said there was an official rockstar account ban trend and will deliver the account that I had bought when it done. I asked how long will that take they said there’s no estimate on when it will end. So I said so I could be days, weeks, or months and they said yes. So I said well I don’t want to wait that long can I just get a refund and I they said yes it will have have to go through the staff and said it will be refunded 3-5 days and still haven’t gotten a refund. SCAMMERS DONT BUY from them

Read Everything on site before purchasing

Part of my review is that I made a mistake by not reviewing their website thoroughly, however, my brother did purchase from them and had no problems, so we thought it was safe. We purchased a few times, no problems but then they thought we were suspicious for changing platforms and decided not to refund our money. They wanted 3 forms of ID: driver's license, credit card and a picture of us holding a sign saying we were legit basically (this information is on their website: they may ask you for this). No one in their right mind would send this information to people they don't know over the internet. They said they were worried about fraud but us giving them that information would be inviting fraud and criminal activity. We didn't give it and they kept our money. Luckily it wasn't very much, but still.
Update on July 3rd: without additional input from us, we received an email saying we were getting a refund and we did. Update in January 2026: the company reached out and their reply made no sense. I said my brother recommended them (we were not using my brother’s credit card) but it is a foreign company with different rules which reinforces my preference not to use their service. Have a nice day!

Amazing service

Amazing service, support was really quick to respond within seconds and straight forward process. All done within 15-20 mins max. Really surprised and will most definitely be purchasing more gta5 coins again
