Bad experience with them today

Unhappy experience with them today despite myself being a long standing customer. They withdrawn 2 purchases I made because they made a mistake with their pricing. Then they said they refunded me which they hadn’t which I now know for a fact as I contacted PayPal myself. I asked them for verification of refunds before I contacted PayPal and they just ignored me. One purchase PayPal was able open n close on my behalf refunding me the money they owed me. However the other purchase I made PayPal wasn’t able to close on my behalf and I’m still waiting for buyxp’s response. Not happy with this company. Can’t say I’ll ever trust them again after this. Update: I did get my refund but none the less they lied about having refunded me and took 3 hours out of my day trying to sort this out. All because they wouldn’t honour their listed sales which I bought and because they wouldn’t send verification of my refunds as clearly I never received any.

Please understand that our finance staff cannot work 24 hours a day; they can only process your refund during business hours. Also, after receiving a refund request, PayPal will process it within 1-7 business days. This is stated in PayPal's refund policy. All refund processes take time and cannot be completed immediately.

I bought from buyxp a few times and was…

I bought from buyxp a few times and was happy. But my last purchase about 5 months ago, they cleared all of my Bunker Research and will not even attempt to make things right. So you can buy from them but have the chance of getting screwed.

Thanks for your feedback. We’d like to clarify that in GTA 5, Bunker Research is permanently saved to your character—it cannot be removed by anyone, including us. Progress is stored on Rockstar’s servers.

If your research appears missing in-game, we suggest:

Checking for any game sync issues.

Reaching out to Rockstar Support, as they can restore account progress if needed.

We’re happy to check your order if there was a delivery problem—just share your order number via support.

Bought a GTA V “maxPaid for GTA account but can’t access—no response to refund request stats” account on…

Bought a GTA V “max stats” account on 11 Mar 2025 (Order XP250311234716128502). I can sign into Epic, but Rockstar requires a code sent to the seller’s email, and the provided webmail (us0.minyo.us:2096) won’t let me log in—so I can’t play or change the email. Contacted BuyXP with screenshots and asked for a refund/replacement; no response. Product is unusable until they fix or refund.

We sent you the complete account information to your email, including Epic and Rockstar email login URLs, email address, email password, and login password. On March 12th, you claimed you couldn't log in to this email account, and we assisted you in successfully logging in. We have the complete chat logs. We also told you to change your Epic and Rockstar email addresses to your own. Six months later, you requested a refund for the same reason, which we therefore refused.

GTA Xbox modded account BANNED!!

Bought 2 gta accounts both got banned within 1st week told me I had wait several days and I’m getting no reply on live chat or via email avoid these at all cost !! RIP OFF 😡
