Buy My Motorhome Arvostelua 

Had an agreed price from this company over several conversations. When trying to arrange the collection, said they made a mistake and reduced the price by 3k. Not happy with this.

Great Friendly service throughout the transaction of selling our motorhome. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quick sale!

It's true that they would buy any motorhome, but for peanuts, if you have an old motorhome don't even bother £2000 to £4000 for a 6 berth perfectly working (that they haven't even seen) LHD. Quotes are ridiculous, if you appreciate your time don't even fill the details. Needs to be brand new to get a bit more than 2K. Thanks.

Giving 1 star only because it’s impossible to give none. These people lie to you. Quoted a decent price for our motorhome but in the inspection the guy said he found damp. The company bidding for the van dropped their offer by 2k as they said it would need 3 weeks in their repair shop to deal with it. We agreed reluctantly. It was for sale by the bidder 3 DAYS later. They ripped us off and if they told the truth re damp, they’ve sold it to someone else without the repairs for a huge mark up. AVOID

We were visited by their engineer / valuer.

During his inspection he showed me (briefly / hurriedly some damp readings including a high (25%) and very high reading (47%) in two areas. I was surprised as I hadn't found these previously. Since the visit I have rechecked these areas and found normal readings. A full habcheck by an independent caravan engineer found no damp issues and nothing above 14% in either of the areas identified by Buymymotorhome.

At the end of your inspection, a very low offer was made which I turned down. I don't know whether the damp "issues" played any part in the calculation of the offer, but if they did this smells of sharp practice.

If you use this company, please double check any damp readings taken during their inspection

I contacted this company as we would like to sell our motor home. After a few emails and spending lots of time detailing every last aspect of our motorhome we received our valuation.

The offer was £40k, somewhat disappointing as I know that exactly the same model motorhome, with more miles on the clock and less optional extras worth several thousand pounds was sold recently for £63k!

Whilst I appreciate that they need to make a profit a £23k plus mark-up seems greedy to me.

Not an honest offer - they obviously want to make a quick buck by ripping people off who are not aware what the actual value of their motorhome is. The dealer who sold us the motor home has made a more realistic offer which is more than we paid for it a couple of years ago - prices are buoyant at the moment and so make sure you know how much yours is worth and get a few offers, don’t just go with the first, particularly if it is from buymymotorhome.com
